Antes, havia mandado meu celular arrumar em outra assistência da feirinha, e que pelo visto, não fez nada no meu celular. Quando levei na Tico Tec Cell, primeiramente, fiquei impressionado com o atendimento dos caras. Me orientaram sobre tudo o que iriam fazer, me deixaram acompanhar o procedimento e ficamos conversando por 1h30 quase. Referente ao serviço, também são excelentes. Em pouco tempo, meu Cel estava arrumado. É difícil encontrarmos empresas e profissionais dessa área que são justos e honestos. Mas, o pessoal da Tico Tec Cell é sem igual! Recomendo 1000%!
Service from the guys is unparalleled. My cell phone was having a problem charging it precisely on a Saturday at 17:00 (time when few assistances are open). Before, I had my cell phone fixed in another assistance at the fair, and that apparently didn't do anything to my cell phone. When I took it to Tico Tec Cell, at first, I was impressed with the service provided by the guys. They guided me about everything they were going to do, they let me follow the procedure and we talked for almost 1h30. Regarding the service, they are also excellent. Before long, my Cel was dressed. It is difficult for us to find companies and professionals in this area who are fair and honest. But the people at Tico Tec Cell are unique! I recommend 1000%!
