O lugar é maravilhosos mas essa agência tigre turismo é péssima. Pior atendimento que recebi em todas minhas viagens , correndo risco de vida nas estradas com veículos sucateados . Não indico

O motorista mal respondeu nosso bom dia quando foi nos pegar e aí já vimos que não seríamos bem atendidos. Ele não passou nenhuma informação sobre nada, nem se teria parada, nada. Ele parou o veículo por diversas vezes sem falar nada para os passageiros, e daí saía pra conversar com outros motoristas . Falou ao telefone dirigindo por um tempo considerável. Em determinado momento parou o carro, e deu a ré em plena rodovia pra falar com alguém que lhe acenou. Horrível ... E eu mandei mensagem para a empresa reclamando, e fui ignorada totalmente. Ah e a van rangia toda, dava pra sentir que a suspensão tava ruim, fora a frente toda apodrecida de ferrugem. Tudo ao contrário do que o site diz: zero profissionalismo, zero qualidade, zero conforto.Não indico de jeito nenhum.
The driver barely answered our good morning when he came to pick us up and then we saw that we would not be well attended. He didn't give any information about anything, or if there would be a stop, nothing. He stopped the vehicle several times without saying anything to the passengers, and then left to talk to other drivers. Talked on the phone while driving for a considerable time. At one point he stopped the car, and backed up in the middle of the highway to talk to someone who waved at him. Horrible... And I texted the company complaining, and was totally ignored. Oh and the whole van creaked, you could feel that the suspension was bad, outside the front all rotted with rust. All contrary to what the site says: zero professionalism, zero quality, zero comfort. I don't recommend it at all.

Empresa amadora no transporte de passageiros com veiculoa sem manutenção, motoristas grosseiros e promessas não cumprida de reembolso. Tive o desprazer de cortar um teanfer no último domingo com destino a São Luiz, carro lotado, pessoas sem máscara (incluindo o motorista), ar condicionado quebrado durante todo o percurso e, zero atenção por parte de todos da.empresa. A sorte da cidade é que em breve haverá um aeroporto pois se depender de empresas como esta para fomento do turismo a cidade quebra. Estou entrando no Procon com denúncia pois tenho vídeo e fotos da viagem, inclusive comprovante de uber pois ao chegar a São Luiz preferi pagar um uber até meu destino do que me manter na sub condição imposta por eles no trajeto.
Amateur passenger transport company with unmaintained vehicles, rude drivers and broken promises of reimbursement. I had the displeasure of cutting a teanfer last Sunday, bound for São Luiz, a crowded car, people without masks (including the driver), broken air conditioning during the entire journey, and zero attention from everyone in the company. The luck of the city is that soon there will be an airport, because if it depends on companies like this one to promote tourism, the city goes bankrupt. I'm entering Procon with a complaint because I have video and photos of the trip, including proof of uber, because when I arrived in São Luiz I preferred to pay an uber to my destination than to keep myself in the sub-condition imposed by them on the way.

Fechei um pacote de passeios na Lagoa Bonita e lancha no Rio Preguiça com o pessoal da Guia Lençóis Maranhense, a qual encontrei pesquisando no Google, e também fechei um transfer de volta para São Luiz. Acredito que via a Guia Lençóis Maranhense, a empresa Tigre Turismo foi contratada para fazer o transfer de volta. Foi combinado que eles ia nos buscar no hotel ás 16:30, até chegaram uns 10 minutos antes. Mas tirando este pequeno detalhe, a experiência com essa empresa foi horrível. Ficamos uma hora dentro de Barreirinha depois que nós buscou, trocando de motoristas, teve cliente que ainda não tinha pagado, só fomos pegar estrada ás 17:30h. Os bancos do transporte não são confortáveis, tinha coisas quebradas, tinha barata dentro do carro (passou nos nossos pés), o motorista correu muito na estrada, e ele nem nos deu satisfação que ele ia parar para abastecer e para fazer um lanche. Acredito que ele correu bastante na estrada para tirar o atraso que ocorreu no início da viagem. Com certeza essa viagem de volta não foi a qual a gente esperava, não recomendo essa empresa e nem a experiência.
I closed a package of tours in Lagoa Bonita and a speedboat in Rio Preguiça with the staff of Guia Lençóis Maranhense, which I found by searching on Google, and also closed a transfer back to São Luiz. I believe that via Guia Lençóis Maranhense, the company Tigre Turismo was hired to make the transfer back. It was agreed that they would pick us up at the hotel at 16:30, until they arrived about 10 minutes earlier. But apart from this small detail, the experience with this company was horrible. We stayed in Barreirinha for an hour after we picked it up, changing drivers, there was a customer who hadn't paid yet, we only went on the road at 5:30 pm. The transport seats are not comfortable, there were broken things, there were cockroaches inside the car (it passed under our feet), the driver ran a lot on the road, and he didn't even give us the satisfaction that he was going to stop for gas and for a snack. I believe he ran a lot on the road to take the delay that occurred at the beginning of the trip. This return trip was certainly not what we expected, I do not recommend this company or the experience.

Péssima empresa. Desorganizada. Não cumpre horário, atrasa muito. Se você tiver voo no mesmo dia do traslado nem cogite pegar. Nosso ônibus saiu após 1h10 de atraso, depois de 30 minutos de viagem ele quebrou. Ficamos uma hora e meia na estrada. Mandaram uma van sem ar condicionado no calor do Maranhão.
Bad company. Disorganized. It doesn't meet schedule, it's too late. If you have a flight on the same day as the transfer, don't even think about taking it. Our bus left after 1h10 of delay, after 30 minutes of travel it broke down. We spent an hour and a half on the road. They sent a van without air conditioning in the heat of Maranhão.

At the end it worked well but they're a bit disorganised and I felt lost I've booked 3 tours through WhatsApp, paying half the total amount in advance by bank transfer. The afternoon transfer from São Luís to Barreirinhas worked well, good van, I only felt a bit lost before finding it and wrote to the agency. They gave me the driver's phone number and we found each other. I imagine that could be a challenge if I didn't speak Portuguese. For the first day in Barreirinhas I've booked 2 tours. In the morning I wasn't sure what time they would pick me at the hotel and I wrote, they didn't answer. At some point another agency showed up looking for Laura plus one, I asked if it was from Tigre and they said no (and there was no plus one), maybe it was another person? Nobody knew. After a while they decided it was me. After that I wasn't sure if somebody would pick me for the afternoon tour. Went to the agency and it was closed. Started calling and messaging. At some point someone answered but said "I don't know if you have a reservation because it wasn't me that made your reservation". Apparently they don't keep records of reservations. Finally someone showed up. At the end of each tour I asked the guides if I should pay the other half to them, they didn't know. I had to contact the agency again, they didn't answer. And again the other day to find out how I should pay. Ended up transferring the rest of the money because I wasn't in the city anymore. Everything worked but it was messy. I've booked the other tours with another agency (São Paulo ecoturismo) that was opened and had good reviews.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SERVICES FROM THIS AGENCY. This company should be eliminated due to unprofessionalism and irresponsibleness. They forgot (!) to pick me up so I was waiting for my transfer from Barrerinhas to Sao Luis for 2 hours. After they sent a car which was clearly not a dedicated transfer car but a regular taxi kinda car. On top of that there were already 3 extra passengers inside. So I spent 4 hours jammed between 2 people on a back seat.

At this point I really don’t know if this review will make any difference, all I read is negative experiences with this company and mine isn’t any different, 3 hours delay for our pick up…after hundreds of failed communication attempts they sent a rescue car to bring us to São Luis, of course since it wasn’t the original van the new car was uncomfortable as hell. Short story DO NOT BOOK HERE ! * Nothing against the driver, he did his job.
