★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefiro que cada um tire suas conclusões. Procurei vários produtos e o vendedor sempre com desculpas para justificar a falta. O atendimento poderia ser um pouco mais simpático. Na troca de um produto, vendedor simplesmente disse: NÃO SOMOS OBRIGADOS A TROCAR, A TROCA É APENAS UM CORTESIA DA EMPRESA. Acho que não entendem de lei.
I prefer each one to draw their conclusions. I looked for several products and the seller always made excuses to justify the lack. The service could be a little more friendly. When exchanging a product, the seller simply said: WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO EXCHANGE, THE EXCHANGE IS JUST A COMPLIMENTARY COMPANY. I don't think they understand the law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para ninguém eles foram fazer uma entrega na minha casa o motorista entrou no passeio da minha garagem é quebrou td passeio é está fazendo quase 02 anos e ninguém resolveu na segundo o dono o Sr. Ruy até agora na deu nem uma satisfação isso e uma falta de respeito quando fui fazer a compra na pedi de graça por isso não recomendo tds são mto sem vergonha é falta de respeito pelas pessoas.

Pra se ter uma ideia quando fui reclamar do atendimento, ouvi do atendente que: Nós consumidores, deveríamos ter mais paciência pois estão todos muito estressados. Agora me fala, isso é motivo para ser tão ruim o atendimento? E eu não tenho estresse ?Meu dinheiro, nunca mais vão ver e se depender de mim vão fechar as portas e assim ficarão bem estressados!! Lamentável!
