★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já adquiri 2 aparelhos e fiz uma portabilidade, nessa mesma loja. Cheguei às 21:40 nessa loja, pois tinha perdido um dos chip o funcionário preguiçoso disse " volte amanhã" sendo que a loja fecha às 22:00 Tim do Campinas shopping NUNCA MAIS!!!
I already purchased 2 devices and made a portability, in that same store. I arrived at 21:40 in that store, because I had lost one of the chips, the lazy employee said "come back tomorrow" and the store closes at 22:00 Tim do Campinas shopping NEVER AGAIN !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja como outra qualquer de operadora. Tem que pegar senha mas isso não significa atendimento rápido! Esperar, muitas vezes, horas para ser atendido é comum. De qualquer forma o atendimento é bom com profissionais razoavelmente prestativos e educados. Por ser dentro de shopping lugar para estacionar não é problema, mas é pago! Se sua operadora é a TIM recomendo essa loja como opção ao atendimento.
A store like any other operator. You have to get a password, but that doesn’t mean fast service! Often, waiting for hours to be attended is common. Anyway, the service is good with reasonably helpful and polite professionals. Being inside a mall is not a problem, but it is paid! If your operator is TIM, I recommend this store as an option for customer service.
