Comprei meu ingresso Premium do arena folia Ribeirão em loja física.. o qual foi cancelado por duas vezes por covid ou poucas vendas ,e a empresa se recusou a reembolsar o valor do ingresso deixando apenas a opção de usar em novo evento daqui a quase um ano isso se tiver ou eu me virar e vender . Totalmente insatisfeito com a tratativa que me deram..gente não comprem nada que essa empresa promover.
Awful. I bought my Premium ticket for Arena folia Ribeirão in a physical store.. which was canceled twice due to covid or few sales, and the company refused to refund the ticket value, leaving only the option to use it in a new event in almost one year that if you have or I turn around and sell. Totally dissatisfied with the treatment they gave me..people don't buy anything that this company promotes.
