Great , the TIM attendant was polite , professional and focused . It solved in minutes a problem that had been going on for a week , the recovery of an old line , everything solved to the satisfaction !

â â â â â Asked for a prepaid data simcard, even on portuguese but we were sent away with the argument that they dont have that, which isnt true I did recherche online before.. (I guess the employee just didnt want to have english speaking customers) I got all I needed in claro shop next door including super service!
