Fui lá fazer uma portabilidade de um nano chip pra um micro chip , e se recusam a fazer a troca só porque a conta tá no nome do meu pai , eu falei que era filho dele , mas não permitem porque só aceitam o titular . Bem vindos aos Brasil meu povo , terra da ignorância e onde burocracia tem lugar !! Se eu fosse alguém importante ou um corrupto conhecido certeza que eu seria ajudado. Desrespeito total !!
Horrible and despicable service!!! I went there to carry out a portability of a nano chip to a micro chip, and they refuse to change it just because the account is in my father's name, I said I was his son, but they don't allow it because they only accept the holder. Welcome to Brazil my people , land of ignorance and where bureaucracy takes place !! If I were someone important or a corrupt acquaintance I was sure I would be helped. Total disrespect!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Não conseguem corrigir o endereço da minha fatura há 3 meses. Mal são capazes de fornecer informações básicas de planos. Se forem comprar celular Motorola ou Samsung prefiram as lojas virtuais dos fabricantes. ???
Bad service. They haven't been able to correct the address on my invoice for 3 months. They are barely able to provide basic plan information. If you are going to buy a Motorola or Samsung cell phone, prefer the manufacturers' virtual stores. ???

Every time I pay the monthly subscription, the internet signal simply disappears and takes a couple of days to come back.
