★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo que fui fazer foi normal com adendos, eles não tinham informações sobre o não deixavam eu habilitar um chip. Agora como posso avaliar o sistema corporativo se não dispõe o que de fato está acontecendo. Pelo lado do funcionário ele fez o que deveria pelo lado da Tim faltou esclarecimentos e uma intervenção do gerente para ligar Tim/cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior operadora que tem e pra piorar ainda mais fiz o plano tim black e nao funciona nada ja fiz dezenas de reclamações inclusive na loja da tim no shopping boa vista nada foi resolvido e vc manda mensagem no watts app da loja os funcionários nao responde nunca tive dor de cabeça com operadoras mas essa foi a pior
worst operator that has it and to make it even worse I made the plan tim black and it doesn’t work at all I made dozens of complaints including at the tim store at the shopping mall boa vista nothing was resolved and you send a message on the store’s app the employees don’t answer I never had headache with operators but that was the worst

Estava com meu filho no colo e fui efetuar um pagamento no caixa, as atendentes nos trataram igual uns cachorros, tirando selfie, falando sobre assuntos pessoais, mascando chiclete. E eu ali em pé esperando pra ser atendida sendo que não tinha ninguém na fila, somente eu. Não recomendo.
Horrible, horrible service. I had my son on my lap and went to make a payment at the cashier, the attendants treated us like dogs, taking selfies, talking about personal matters, chewing gum. And I was standing there waiting to be served since there was no one in line, just me. I do not recommend.
