Minhas contas TDS pagas e cortaram minha linha péssimo terrível a pior operadora q já vi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fazem venda casada, não explicam sobre o produto, comprei um chip lá, fui obrigado a colocar 40 reais de crédito, me venderam um número que já era de outra pessoa, porém era da vivo, não me deram nota fiscal nem da compra do chip e nem da recarga, depois de todo transtorno e confusão, devolveram meu dinheiro, pq não iriam conseguir resolver meu problema. Muito ruim, tanto o atendimento como a empresa TIM.
Bad service, they do tie-in sales, they don't explain about the product, I bought a chip there, I was forced to put 40 reais in credit, they sold me a number that already belonged to someone else, but it was from vivo, they didn't give me the invoice or the purchase of the chip or recharge, after all the inconvenience and confusion, they returned my money, because they wouldn't be able to solve my problem. Too bad, both the service and the TIM company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mãe foi resgatar um número pois perdeu o celular, o que já iria sair 40 reais, o vendedor quis induzir ela comprar película, capinha, pro novo celular e achou ruim dela ter comprado nos camêlos de São Miguel. Aí alem disso ficou querendo enfiar cartão de memória como se fosse caso de vida ou morte ela nao ter cartão de memória, péssima argumentação pra vender as coisas, falta de senso total
