PĂ©ssimo!
Sem contar que uma vez fui resgatar o meu nĂșmero em um novo chip (p/ isso tive que anotar meu numero num papel) fiz os procedimento tudo certinho...quando menos espero, no dia seguinte o funcionĂĄrio da loja havia guardado meu nĂșmero e teve a audĂĄcia de me chamar no whatsaap!

Terrible!

â â â â â Pessima experiencia...atendente me enganou...me vendeu acessĂłrios com ma qualidade e ainda queria ter razao...deixei o celular pra ser consertado..nao esta compativel com meu carregador..e nao tem volume e o picareta do tecnico nao da satisfacao nenhuma...a responsavel que nunca resolve nada nuca esta na loja pra resolver os problemas com clientes...um lixo de lugar

â â â â â EntĂŁo eu fui nessa loja pra mudar meu plano para outro chipp eles informaram que tinha que cancelar o plano Ă© fazer outro, porĂ©m nĂŁo cancelaram meu plano Ă© ainda fizeram outro no meu nome eles sĂł querem vender Ă© nĂŁo resolver o problema dos seus clientes, uma mulher que me atendeu diz q tinha 5 anos na tim Ă© nĂŁo precisava de treinamento, nada profissional, pra vc ver o nĂvel de atendimento, a Tim nem se preocupar com os clientes coloca qualquer um pra fazer os procedimento para seus clientes.
