★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei um posto de vistoria perto de casa. Encontrei o ISV. Atendimento no balcão rápido. A vistoria demora me média 2 horas ( isso é avisado e vem escrito no documento que assinamos) e a atendente ressalta para que leiamos o item que consta o tempo médio de vistoria.
Todos muito educados. Quem opta por esperar tem uma sala com Cadeiras televisor, ventilação, água e banheiro. Fica bem localizado com outros comércios e mercado perto.
I looked for a checkpoint near my house. I found the ISV. Fast counter service. The inspection takes me an average of 2 hours (this is notified and is written in the document we signed) and the attendant points out that we read the item that contains the average inspection time.
All very polite. Those who choose to wait have a room with TV, ventilation, water and bathroom chairs. It is well located with other businesses and market nearby.

Entrei com meu carro no dia 27/12/2021 às 11:45 no local, 2 funcionários me olharam e simplesmente me ignoraram, quando pedi informações sobre a vistoria a primeira coisa que me disseram é que eu não poderia estar ali dentro, eu expliquei que entrei porque vi uma placa de mais de 6 metros quadrados dizendo: "ENTRADA DE VEÍCULOS" e só vim pedir uma informação já que a entrada principal da loja estava com cones e bandeiras impedindo assim a entrada. Um funcionário me mostrou um papelzinho de 15 cm dizendo que estava escrito que não podia entrar ali e ainda que iam parar tudo pra almoçar. Procurem outro lugar!!
Run away from this joint, bad service.
I got in my car on 12/27/2021 at 11:45 am at the place, 2 employees looked at me and simply ignored me, when I asked for information about the inspection the first thing they told me was that I couldn't be inside, I explained I entered because I saw a sign measuring over 6 square meters saying "VEHICLE ENTRANCE" and I only came to ask for information since the main entrance to the store had cones and flags preventing entry. An employee showed me a small piece of 15 cm paper saying that it was written that I could not go in there and that they would stop for lunch. Look elsewhere!!
