Atendimento bom na hora da venda do produto, mas o pós-venda é péssimo. A responsável de lá não sabe conversar, não tem ética profissional, altera a voz, não sabe lidar com o público. Retirei o rastreador no segundo mês, não indicava o local certo onde o carro estava. Não recomendo ninguém instalar lá. Péssimo é o mínimo que posso dizer de lá.
Horrible.
Good service when selling the product, but after-sales is terrible. The person in charge there doesn't know how to talk, has no professional ethics, changes her voice, doesn't know how to deal with the public. I removed the tracker in the second month, it did not indicate the right place where the car was. I do not recommend anyone to install there. Terrible is the least I can say about it.
