Falta de compromisso e responsabilidade com o cliente, me enviaram a mercadoria errada e não tiveram a mínima consideração de entrar em contato comigo pra que seja resolvido o caso. Telefone fixo não atende e quando atende eh desligado imediatamente pra que o cliente não tenha comunicação com fornecedor.
A loja de Aracaju-SE foi fechada e quem necessitar de produtos Sumaré eu aconselho a negociar com a loja de Maceio-AL, pelo menos lá conseguimos encontrar profissionais dedicados e responsaveis.

Terrible attendance! Lack of commitment and responsibility to the customer, they sent me the wrong merchandise and did not have the slightest consideration of contacting me to resolve the case. Landline does not answer and when answering is immediately disconnected so that the customer has no communication with supplier.
The Aracaju-SE store has been closed and anyone who needs Sumaré products I advise to negotiate with the Maceio-AL store, at least there we can find dedicated and responsible professionals.
