★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei o dia combinando os detalhes sobre a entrega do bolo para um aniversário extremamente especial, e numa falta de profissionalismo imensa, simplesmente me avisam que não vão poder fazer o bolo! Isso praticamente a 1 hora e meia antes do horário que estava combinado a entrega! E num horário que não consegui mais pedir bolo em lugar nenhum. Estou extremamente insatisfeito e triste demais porque o dia que era pra ser especial não saiu do jeito planejado
I spent the day arranging the details about the delivery of the cake for an extremely special birthday, and in a huge lack of professionalism, they just let me know that they won't be able to make the cake! This is practically an hour and a half before the scheduled delivery time! And at a time when I could no longer order cake anywhere. I am extremely dissatisfied and sad because the day that was supposed to be special didn't go as planned.
