★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei num domingo e foram prestativos. Menos de 1h e 30 minutos já estava tudo ok com os riscos que tive. Trabalho impecável, carro novo em folha no local. Tirou todos os riscos. Muito bom.
I needed it on a Sunday and they were helpful. Less than 1h and 30 minutes everything was ok with the risks I had. Impeccable work, brand new car on site. It took away all the risks. Very good.

Meu carro chegou lá com arranhões parte amassada e o trabalho deles foi concluído com sucesso tirous todos os arranhões desamasou oq tinha de massado resumindo: Carro saiu novo novo pelo grandenza do serviço quer foi feito.. eu recomendo tá vc não vai ser arrepender. Obrigado seu Josemar um abraço é quando eu precisar de um serviço novamente já sei aonde ir #TiraRisco esse e o lugar.
Excellent work my wife and I love the service in which 100% perfect I recommend... My car arrived there with scratches, part dented and their work was completed successfully removed all the scratches, unmasked the mass in short: Car came out new again by greatness of the service, whether it was done.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, fui fazer um reparo e polimento, o carro todo arranhado, sujo de silicone, acabamento da tinta escorrendo, coisa de amador. Fora o prazo de entrega que me prometeram fazer em 2 dias e fizeram em 4 dias. Arrependida total.
Bad service, I went to do a repair and polishing, the car was all scratched up, dirty with silicone, the paint finish running, something amateurish. Apart from the delivery time, they promised to do it in 2 days and did it in 4 days. Totally sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horrível e em troca de uma boa avaliação o dono oferece um serviço grátis , fui recuperar meu para choque e foi me prometido a entrega no mesmo dia , bom acreditei , o mesmo me informou que estaria pronto as 17:30 , quando deu o horário , fui buscar o carro e adivinhem ? Dei de cara com os portões fechados ! Nem o trabalho de me ligar e informar que o carro não estaria pronto eles tiveram e olha que tinha o número , pois quando fechei com eles foi via WhatsApp! Findando ,o serviço que deveria ser feito em um dia , durou três dias !Com menos de uma semana que eu tinha ajeitado meu pára-choque , quando eu fui verificar como tava o serviço e como estava ? Rachado ! Enfim foi um dinheiro jogado fora ! Agora fica difícil acreditar nas avaliações , pois eu só fui para esse local quando verifiquei as avaliações , então tomem cuidado , pois as avaliações podem ser enganosas , pois eles oferecem um serviço grátis em troca de uma boa avaliação !
Horrible service and in exchange for a good evaluation the owner offers a free service , I went to retrieve mine for shock and was promised delivery on the same day , well I believed , he informed me that it would be ready at 5:30 pm , when the time came . , I went to get the car and guess what ? I came face to face with the closed gates! Not even the trouble of calling me and informing me that the car would not be ready, they had and look, I had the number, because when I closed with them it was via WhatsApp! Finishing, the service that should be done in one day, lasted three days! With less than a week that I had adjusted my bumper, when I went to check how was the service and how was it? Cracked! In the end it was money wasted! Now it's hard to believe the reviews as I only went to this place when I checked the reviews so be careful as the reviews can be misleading as they offer a free service in exchange for a good review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava ser feito um polimento com cristalizacâo no Renault Kangoo do trabalho. Entreguei o carro as 08:15, deveria estar pronto as 17:00. Quando cheguei as 17:15, o carro nâo estava pronto. Ja escurecendo o carro foi entregue. So depois que cheguei em casa, vi que o teto, em cima da parabrisa, estava horrivel. O teto inteiro com marcas circulares e com um visual horrivel. Depois descobri que eles danificaram a tinta do capo no momento de tirar o adesivo da logomarca da companhia. Pelos riscos profundos, deu para ver que alguma ferramenta foi usada. Até agora foi o pior lugar onde eu levei meu carro. NUNCA MAIS
Olhando os comentarios anteriores quase parece que fui para um outro lugar.
The Renault Kangoo at work needed to be polished with crystallization. I delivered the car at 08:15, it should be ready by 17:00. When I arrived at 5:15 pm, the car was not ready. After dark, the car was delivered. It was only after I got home that I saw the roof above the windshield was awful. The entire ceiling with circular marks and looks horrible. Then I found out that they damaged the paint on the capo when taking off the company's logo sticker. From the deep scratches, I could see that some tool was used. So far it was the worst place I took my car. NEVER
Looking at the previous reviews it almost feels like I went somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei meu carro na seg de manhã pra um conserto na porta. Recebi hoje (sexta) porque tiveram problemas pra achar a cor compatível. O atraso foi, de fato, muito chato, porém o Josemar estava sempre dando feedback sobre o processo que o carro estava passando.
Pelo trabalho ótimo e pela honestidade, merecem nota máxima.
Como falei pra ele, espero que não o encontre mais kkkkk porém, se precisar, com certeza retorno!
I delivered my car on Monday morning for a door repair. I received it today (Friday) because they had problems finding the compatible color. The delay was, in fact, very annoying, but Josemar was always giving feedback on the process the car was going through.
For their great work and honesty, they deserve top marks.
As I told him, I hope he doesn't find him anymore, but if you need to, I'll definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (ari) pra mim foi um péssimo serviço de pintura, e prejuízo pintaram meu carro um fiesta 2000 ao ar livre choveu estourou o verniz danificou a pintura, quebraram o braço que segura o capu, lado do passageiro, quebraram a lanterna trapeira lado do motorista colaram com fita colante vim ver dia seguinte recebi o carro a noite, danificaram sinto segurança lado do passageiro, danificaram a parte elétrica
precisei levar pra uma oficina que tivesse eletricista de autos, sem contar que o carro passou 65 dias nesta oficina quando o Josemar mim deu um prazo pra receber em 15 dias
quando relatei os prejuízo e danos, que causam no meu carro, o senhor Josemar pediu pra eu retornar fiquei tão decepcionado e sem confiança no serviço que achei melhor ficar no prejuízo só não recomendo lamentável.
(ari) for me it was a bad painting service, and damage they painted my car a fiesta 2000 outdoors it rained the varnish burst damaged the paint, they broke the arm that holds the hood, passenger side, they broke the dormer light on the driver's side they glued it on with sticky tape I came to see the next day I received the car at night, they damaged the passenger side safety seat, they damaged the electrical part
I had to take it to a workshop that had an auto electrician, not to mention that the car spent 65 days in this workshop when Josemar gave me a deadline to receive it in 15 days
when I reported the loss and damage caused to my car, Mr. Josemar asked me to return I was so disappointed and without confidence in the service that I thought it was better to stay at the loss, I just don't recommend it, regrettable.
