★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar duas estrelas por ter achado um pneu Goodyear por um preço razoável. Fui primeiro na loja da Marechal Rondon, pois na central atendimento fui informado que tinha os peneus e que no local também fazia o alinhamento 3d, porém chegando lá o atendente disse que o elevador não aguentava meu carro, então fui informado que somente na unidade de pechincha conseguiria fazer o serviço. No Pechincha também tive dificuldades, disseram que não alinhavam e no final resolveram fazer o serviço. O atendimento é péssimo, o vendedor não gosta de ser questionado e nem tem paciência com os clientes. Não indicaria para meus amigos.
 I will give two stars for finding a Goodyear tire at a reasonable price. I went first to the Marechal Rondon store, because at the service center I was informed that I had the peneus and that I was also doing the 3D alignment, but when I got there the attendant said that the elevator couldn't handle my car, so I was informed that only at the bargain would get the job done. At Pechincha I also had difficulties, they said they did not line up and in the end they decided to do the job. The service is terrible, the seller does not like to be questioned and does not have patience with customers. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Para minha surpresa hoje tinha 2 representantes da Continental Brasil na loja e conversamos um pouco. Fique muito satisfeito com o serviço e atenção dos funcionários, em especial o gerente Renato que um dia antes me atendeu super bem no telefone, passando mais confiança na loja, nos serviços prestados e na marca Continental e ao vendedor Gonçalves que me atendeu super bem, educado e prestativo. Super indico a loja. Obrigado.
Excellent place to carry out the services of purchase, assembly, alignment and balancing of tires. Before going to the store, I did a search on the Continental website to indicate an accredited store and it was RP Tires.
To my surprise today there were 2 Continental Brasil representatives in the store and we talked a little. I was very satisfied with the service and attention of the employees, especially the manager Renato who the day before answered me very well on the phone, giving me more confidence in the store, in the services provided and in the Continental brand and the salesperson Gonçalves who answered me very well, polite and helpful.
