Very bad the unprofessional service or hum they don't answer on whatsapp horrible very horrible that way you can close the store because then it's not possible if I opened a part store I'll sell more parts than them because it seems they have a need to respond on whatsapp

Por fim um rapaz de dentro me pediu 50 reais pra mandar minha peça, aí j estava com um frete agendado desmarquei e paguei o mesmo! So que agora não vi minha peça nem o dinheiro que paguei e ainda perdi o frete que o rapaz me fez desistir e que me garantiu que iria dar certo! E tô nessa até hj sem dinheiro e sem a peça, não responde mais WhatsApp, meu número tá bloqueado nas chamadas e por aí vai!
At first it was good! Full of promises, and, &c.
Finally, a guy from the inside asked me for 50 reais to send my piece, then I already had a shipping scheduled, I canceled it and paid the same! But now I didn't see my piece or the money I paid and I still lost the shipping that the guy made me give up and that assured me that it would work! And I'm in this until today without money and without the part, no more WhatsApp answers, my number is blocked on calls and so on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, comprei um TBI incorreto e pedi para entregar, quando chegou não notei a diferença, mas testei a peça eletricamente e funcionou perfeito (inclusive no scanner), infelizmente precisei devolver, eles buscaram a peça comigo e me devolveram todo o dinheiro inclusive o valor do frete!!! Super honestos, recomendo a todos!!!!!!!
Excellent service, I bought an incorrect TBI and asked to deliver, when it arrived I didn't notice the difference, but I tested the part electrically and it worked perfect (including the scanner), unfortunately I had to return it, they picked up the part with me and refunded me all the money including the cost of freight!!! Super honest, I recommend it to everyone!!!!!!!
