★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nós, moradores da Rua Intendência, estamos sofrendo com o cheiro forte e insuportável de borracha e do imenso barulho vindos da Fábrica Titan Pneus ( nossa vizinha). Só enrolar os moradores dizendo que estão fazendo melhorias, e nada! Barulho e cheiro 24 hs, 7 dias por semana! FALTA DE RESPEITO!
We, residents of Rua Intendência, are suffering from the strong and unbearable smell of rubber and the immense noise coming from the factory Titan Pneus (our neighbor). Just curl up the residents saying that they are making improvements, and nothing! Noise and smell 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! LACK OF RESPECT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não respeita os moradores da vizinhança. Diversas tentativas de contatos foram feitas mas sem retorno. Forte odor de borracha queimada e barulho muito alto 24hrs por dia. Uma fabrica enorme e totalmente desproporcional ao bairro onde está. Deveria ser totalmente readaptada urgente

Está alocada em meio a moradias, lares e residências, ocasionando desconforto por ruídos além do permitido por horários extensos e odores que prejudicam a visão, o oufato, proporcionando muito estresse aos moradores ao redor.
O ruído captado a uma distância de 50 a 70 metros chega a 70 decibéis
O horário do ruído é entre 06:00h as 22:00h.
O odor é sempre inevitável.
Você que é pai de família, trabalhador como nós, reflita se vale a pena manter o contrato com uma empresa nestas condições.

Além de emitirem gases que estão trazendo problemas de saúde para diversas pessoas, a operação é absurdamente barulhenta e, como seu funcionamento não respeita os horários adequados, acaba tirando a paz de todos os moradores que residem na região. Os responsáveis pela empresa aplicam o descaso como regra para tratar a questão, e não tem o mínimo interesse em resolver o problema, o que está trazendo consequências muito negativas.
A fabricação dos produtos emite odores insuportáveis, o que está maculando toda a região.
A cerca de 2 semanas houve um incêndio, com seu início nas dependências da fábrica, o que traz muita insegurança pelos riscos, pois, seu entorno é formado por residências, em larga maioria.

Those responsible for the company apply neglect as a rule to address the issue, and have no interest in solving the problem, which is having very negative consequences.

About 2 weeks ago there was a fire, which started on the factory premises, which brings a lot of insecurity due to the risks, since its surroundings are formed by residences, in a large majority.
