O atendimento para entrega é uma piada, a lista dos produtos em estoque não é atualizada em tempo real, então todas as vezes que vc faz um pedido, mais da metade dos itens que estavam disponíveis na hora da compra não são entregues... Já reclamei diversas vezes, mas simplesmente não fazem nada pra melhorar... A impressão que dá é que eles deixam pra separar os itens dos pedidos apenas no final do dia, e com isso quase tudo acaba, mesmo vc pedindo de manhã cedinho, eles não reservam pra quem os pediu. Muito triste ver o descaso e a falta de organização , dessa que é uma das poucas lojas de orgânicos na região. Tá indo de mal a pior, espero que revejam esse péssimo serviço de entrega

The impression is that they leave to separate items from orders only at the end of the day, and with that almost everything ends, even if you ask early in the morning, they do not reserve for those who asked for them. Very sad to see the neglect and lack of organization, this is one of the few organic stores in the region. It's going from bad to worse, I hope you review this terrible delivery service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo compras no estabelecimento e uma cliente usava uma máscara de tricô mequetrefe subnarigal. Não bastasse o variz pra fora, ela simplesmente tirou a máscara pra dar três espirros próximos a mim, ao passo que nenhum dos funcionários ou gerente tomasse a iniciativa de reprendê-la. Após os espirros, ela sentiu liberdade pra prosseguir suas compras sem máscara. Chamei portanto a atenção dos funcionários para aquele absurdo. Só então um deles (aparentemente um gerente) se dirigiu a ela e pediu para colocar a máscara, me dizendo em seguida que estava resolvido. Não estava. Primeiro porque os aerosóis ainda estavam no ar. Segundo porque passou um minuto e a cliente colocou novamente a máscara abaixo do nariz e nada mais foi feito. Decidi nesse momento largar meu cesto de produtos e ir embora.
É uma pena porque o estabelecimento parece querer seguir as medidas sanitárias, não aglomerando clientes internamente e corretamente formando fila para acesso ao recinto. Mas são medidas que se tornam em vão se não forem rígidos em relação ao uso de máscara. Não pode haver constrangimento para fiscalizar e para chamar atenção de clientes irresponsáveis como essa. Três espirros sem máscara num ambiente estreito e fechado! Surreal! Se estiver contaminada, contaminou os demais clientes, os funcionários e os alimentos a mostra.

After the sneezes, she felt free to continue her shopping without a mask. I therefore called the attention of the employees to that nonsense. Just then one of them (apparently a manager) approached her and asked to put on the mask, telling me then that he was done. Was not. First because the aerosols were still in the air. Second, because a minute passed and the client put the mask under her nose again and nothing else was done. At that moment I decided to drop my basket of products and leave.
It's a shame because the establishment seems to want to follow the sanitary measures, not crowding customers internally and correctly lining up to access the premises. But they are measures that become in vain if they are not strict regarding the use of a mask. There can be no constraint to inspect and to draw attention from irresponsible customers like this. Three unmasked sneezes in a tight, closed environment! Surreal! If it is contaminated, it has contaminated other customers, employees and food on display.
