★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão na Casas Bahia em 29/03, que deveria ser entregue até 08/04, mas não ocorreu, ligavam e somente davam desculpas, o caminhão quebrou, o motorista não encontrou o endereço, não havia ninguém pra receber, etc.
Depois de 40 dias cancelei a compra. Fiz nova compra no Mercado Livre dia 08/05 mas não imaginei que seria entregue pela mesma transportadora, resumindo até a data de hoje 03/06, não recebi o fogão, continuam com as mesmas desculpas e não consigo fazer contato pois o telefone somente dá ocupado!! Um lixo de transportadora!!!!
I bought a stove at Casas Bahia on 03/29, which was supposed to be delivered by 04/08, but it didn't happen, they called and just apologized, the truck broke down, the driver couldn't find the address, there was no one to receive it, etc.
After 40 days I canceled the purchase. I made a new purchase at Mercado Livre on 08/05 but I did not imagine that it would be delivered by the same carrier, summarizing until today 06/03, I did not receive the stove, they continue with the same excuses and I cannot make contact because the phone only gives busy!! A carrier trash !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina de lavar roupa no site da Brastemp em 19.04.20. A entrega foi agendada para hoje, dia 29.04.20. Para minha surpresa recebi mensagem e e-mail dizendo que o produto foi entregue, porém nao recebi nada! Fiz protocolo pelo site da Brastemp solicitando o comprovante de entrega, uma vez que provavelmente entregaram no lugar errado. Agora terei que esperar 7 dias para uma resposta sobre o que ocorreu. Lendo os comentacome abaixo, vejo que essa situação e recorrente e a Brastemp continua utilizando a transportadora, que sequer se consegue contato. Uma grande falta de respeito com o consumidor! Indignada! Caso não seja resolvido num prazo razoável, a unica solução será propor uma ação de ressarcimento cumulada com pedido de dano moral.
I bought a washing machine on the Brastemp website on 19.04.20. The delivery was scheduled for today, 29.04.20. To my surprise I received a message and email saying that the product was delivered, but I didn't receive anything! I made a protocol on the Brastemp website requesting proof of delivery, since they probably delivered it to the wrong place. Now I will have to wait 7 days for an answer about what happened. Reading the comments below, I see that this situation is recurrent and Brastemp continues to use the carrier, which is not even able to contact. A great lack of respect for the consumer! Outraged! If it is not resolved within a reasonable time, the only solution will be to propose a compensation action combined with a request for moral damage.

Worst transport company in São Paulo I bought a refrigerator at Brastemp and they haven't delivered it to me so far. How does Brastemp work with a hack like this !!!!! My fridge was screwed up and nobody does anything!!!! Calling the police / procon / complain here

Péssima transportadora não recomendo a ninguém, nota zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina no site oficial da Eletrolux e o prazo de entrega é até dia 23/03/2022, porém eles me mandaram mensagem falando que ia entregar em um dia fiquei esperando e nada, aí passou os dia, quando foi dia 18 mandaram a mensagem falando que meu pedido foi entregue dia 16/03 ainda e não foi, estou tentando recorrer com Eletrolux, diz que pode ser erro da atualização, me deram praso de 48 horas pra arrumar e até agora nada, tento ligar na transportadora mas a ligação não vai, horrível isso, minha primeira compra no site e já tive problema, não compro mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram minha entrega para ontem (22/12/21) e MENTIRAM, colocaram no rastreio que eu não estava na residência, não concluíram a entrega, e IGNORAM todas as minhas ligações e mensagens! A Brastemp não quis nem registrar minha reclamação! Pior empresa que existe, mente, engana o cliente, ignora e a Brastemp ainda se presta a continuar com esse serviço! Fim dos tempos!!!!!!!!
They scheduled my delivery for yesterday (22/12/21) and LIED, put on tracking that I was not at home, did not complete the delivery, and IGNORED all my calls and messages! Brastemp didn't even want to register my complaint! Worst company that exists, lies, deceives the customer, ignores it and Brastemp still lends itself to continue with this service! End of Times!!!!!!!!
