★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior construtora, maior decepção, além de ter quebrado o contrato inúmeras vezes, declarou falência para não entregar, mas o pior de tudo é a falta de compromisso e respeito mesmo, não veio nenhum pedido de desculpas, não veio nenhuma assistência. Passamos 4 anos esperando um sonho que se tornou pesadelo. Recebemos o apartamento agora, porque os moradores se juntaram e financiaram a dívida é o término da construção. Com uma semana morando, estamos na maior dor de cabeça de nossas vidas, pagando juros de um atraso que não tivemos culpa em um apartamento inabitável.
Worst construction company, biggest disappointment, in addition to having broken the contract numerous times, declared bankruptcy for not delivering, but the worst of all is the lack of commitment and respect, no apology came, no assistance came. We spent 4 years waiting for a dream that became a nightmare. We received the apartment now, because the residents got together and financed the debt is the end of the construction. With a week living, we are in the biggest headache of our lives, paying interest for a delay that was not our fault in an uninhabitable apartment.
