★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui indicado pela Porto Seguro, Decepção na recepção, fui com um carrinhos popular, péssimo atendimento e com muita desrespeito, Desconheço a qualidade dos serviços prestados , mas pela recepção e atendimento deve ser péssimo. Não entendi o porque do credenciamento com Cia Seguradoras. Devem ser ricos, ou usar a oficina pra lavar dinheiro. Causa estranheza o comportamento da " Oficina"
Relatei a PS, ruim atendimento a uma pessoa de preta com um carro popular, levado aquela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção foi Bom me falaram que eu iria retirar o carro com cinco dias e foi o que aconteceu porém a cor das peças que pintaram não bateu com a cor do carro e o carro só tem cinco a seis meses de uso e fui informado que a pintura não ficaria como de fabrica e claro eu sei disso mais no mínimo 99,99 por cento e pra chegar nem se quer compararam a cor creio que eles pensam que eu não iria perceber infelizmente ( como diz o ditado até o cego ver que está errado). E uma poeira no painel nem pra passar um pano.
The service at the reception was good, they told me that I would pick up the car after five days and that's what happened, however the color of the parts they painted did not match the color of the car and the car only has five to six months of use and I was informed that the paint would not be as it was from the factory and of course I know that more at least 99.99 percent and to get there they didn't even want to compare the color I think they think I wouldn't notice unfortunately (as the saying goes until the blind man sees that it's wrong). And a dust on the panel not even to pass a cloth.

Caso você tiver um problema de colisão com seu carro e escolher essa oficina para reparos vai acabar arrumando OUTRO PROBLEMA MUITO PIOR.
Após o conserto de uma colisão devolveram o carro com a barra de direção trincada correndo sérios riscos de um acidente grave, sorte que se rompeu totalmente apenas manobrando o carro. Além disso me devolveram o carro com um farol queimado e outro desligado, fios soltos, carro totalmente desalinhado.
Um sujeito de nome Valdir arrogante e sempre tirando a responsabilidade dele dos problemas causados pela própria oficina. (SEMPRE CULPAVA A AZUL PELO PROBLEMA, que a seguradora tinha que autorizar isso e aquilo)
Não entendo como Azul e Porto Seguro mantem uma oficina que ENGANA os seus clientes e as seguradoras.

After repairing a collision, they returned the car with the steering bar cracked at serious risk of a serious accident, luck that it broke completely just by maneuvering the car. In addition, they returned the car to me with a burned out headlight and another one off, loose wires, car totally misaligned.
A guy named Valdir arrogant and always taking responsibility for the problems caused by the workshop itself. (ALWAYS BLAME AZUL FOR THE PROBLEM, that the insurer had to authorize this and that)
I don't understand how Azul and Porto Seguro maintain a workshop that FOOLS their customers and insurance companies.
