★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que tenho problemas com essa empresa horrível, eles seguram os produtos por 10 dias ou mais e quando mandam pra rota de entrega fica pelo menos 2 dias para entregar a uma distância de 40Km, não dão atenção ao cliente, o que é uma falta de respeito e não entregam dentro do prazo.
It is not the first time that I have problems with this horrible company, they hold the products for 10 days or more and when they send to the delivery route it is at least 2 days to deliver at a distance of 40 km, they do not pay attention to the customer, which it's a lack of respect and they don't deliver on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora, sou de Sousa e meu pedido veio de Recife para Cajazeiras em 5 dias pela FedEx, mas ao repassarem o pedido para esta transportadora, demoraram 18 dias para entregar em Sousa, um descaso com os clientes, pois a distância é de apenas 45km entre as duas cidades. Foram necessárias várias ligações para a empresa, insistindo, até eles fazerem a entrega.
Terrible carrier, I'm from Sousa and my order came from Recife to Cajazeiras in 5 days by FedEx, but when they forwarded the order to this carrier, it took 18 days to deliver to Sousa, a neglect with customers, as the distance is only 45km between the two cities. It took several calls to the company, insisting, until they made the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A entrega dentro da cidade está demorando mais do que o percurco Belo Horizonte-Cajazeiras. A minha mercadoria chegou aqui no dia 30/10 e a previsão de entrega era pra hoje,o que já achei um absurdo,tendo em vista que foram só 9 dias de Belo Horizonte ate aqui. E o produto sequer está na rota de entrega. Sem contar que não permitem que você retire sua própria mercadoria sem que a empresa que lhe vendeu autorize,processo esse que eu, ingenuamente pensava que iria atrasar ainda mais a entrega,mas agora creio que se o tivesse realizado no início,talvez fosse ate mais rápido,diante da atual situação. Enfim, a dinamica de entrega da empresa é péssima.
Delivery within the city is taking longer than the Belo Horizonte-Cajazeiras route. My merchandise arrived here on 10/30 and the delivery forecast was for today, which I thought was absurd, considering that it was only 9 days from Belo Horizonte until now. And the product isn't even on the delivery route. Not to mention that they do not allow you to remove your own merchandise without the authorization of the company that sold it, a process that I, naively thought, would delay delivery even more, but now I believe that if I had done it in the beginning, it might have been even more in the face of the current situation. Anyway, the company's delivery dynamics is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que vi em caráter de transporte de cargas na minha vida. Nunca comprem nada que saibam que é essa transportadora que esteja trazendo. Nosso ventilador quebrou e o que foi comprado novo chegou nessa empresa de Cajazeiras-pb onde moramos e em tempo hábil, tudo certo, até estavamos felizez, só que após esse dia esperamos mais 4 dias para recebermos uma mercadoria que estava em nossa cidade, há, nos 4 dias seguidos imploramos para irmos buscar mais não deixaram até ir lá fomos mais mesmo assim não nos permitiam pegar a compra (Ventilador) e até agora estamos sem ventilador e eles andando com nossa comprar dentro do carro deles. Abram suas compras gente, antes de assinar e eles irem embora, pois são covardes e não merecem serem chamados de transportadora.
Worst service I've seen in terms of cargo transportation in my life. Never buy anything you know that this carrier is bringing. Our fan broke and what was bought new arrived at this company in Cajazeiras-pb where we live and in a timely manner, all right, until we were happy, only after that day we waited 4 more days to receive a merchandise that was in our city, there , for the 4 days in a row we begged to go and look for more they didn’t let until we went there but we still didn’t allow us to take the purchase (Fan) and so far we are without a fan and they are walking with our buy inside their car. Open your purchases, people, before signing and they leave, because they are cowards and do not deserve to be called a carrier.
