★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitem a TNT. O pós venda é péssimo, ficam passando de um setor para outro (da matriz pra filial, a pessoa do chat manda aguardar a posição por email, o site de rastreamento dá informações que não ajudam).
Fiz uma compra na empresa fitness Prado no dia 16/03 e paguei o frete urgente para entrega em 2 dias uteis pela empresa TNT, sendo que a entrega estava prevista para o dia 20/03. Hoje é dia 27/03 e não recebi os produtos até agora.
Os produtos chegaram na filial São José dos Campos no dia 19/03, ao lado da minha cidade, e continuam lá desde então.
Entrei em contato diversas vezes pelo chat da transportadora (tenho todas as conversas guardadas) e não conseguem dar um retorno adequado, parece que querem terminar a conversa logo, não informam o protocolo quando pedido, mandaram um email que estão verificando a situação, ou seja, sempre no gerúndio que é pra deixar a gente esperando...
O numero da Nota Fiscal é 33749.
Avoid TNT. Post-sales are terrible, they move from one sector to another (from the head office to the branch, the chat person orders to wait for the position by email, the tracking website gives information that doesn't help).
I made a purchase at the fitness company Prado on 03/16 and paid the urgent freight for delivery in 2 working days by the company TNT, and the delivery was scheduled for 03/20. Today is March 27th and I haven't received the products until now.
