★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estouraram o prazo de entrega a muitos dias atrás. Não dizem nem se vão entregar o produto ou não.
Hoje é 18/03/21. Eu recebi apenas uma parte da mercadoria após um mês e alguns dias. Já entrei em contato com o suporte mais não me deram nenhuma previsão. Só tenho arrependimento.
 The delivery deadline extended many days ago. They do not even say whether they will deliver the product or not.

Na segunda, infelizmente a loja que mandou e eu não tive escolha, o sistema dessa transportadora saiu do ar impossibilitando rastreio.
One of the worst carriers I had the displeasure of knowing, in the first delivery attempt my order was stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam no prazo, colocam que você não estava em casa, mentem na data prevista de entrega. Uma vergonha essa TNT do Rio de Janeiro. NÃO UTILIZEM. E o melhor de tudo, não atendem o telefone. Empresa SAFADA!
They don't deliver on time, say you weren't at home, lie on the expected delivery date. A shame this TNT in Rio de Janeiro. DO NOT USE. Best of all, they don't answer the phone. SAFADA company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre 2019 e 2020 (antes da pandemia) fiz diversas compras na Kabum e todas que fiz usando a TNT como trasportadora foram pontual e sem problemas diferente dos correios que na única que deixei por conta deles tive vários problemas,era a melhor trasportadora uma pena não estar mais trabalhando na região dos lagos.
Between 2019 and 2020 (before the pandemic) I made several purchases at Kabum and all I made using TNT as a carrier were punctual and without problems, unlike the couriers, which in the only one I left on their own had several problems, it was the best carrier, a shame not be more working in the lakes region.

I have a load that they couldn't deliver, because they said they couldn't find it and I can't get in touch here in RJ to at least try to pick it up, terrible service
