★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Entrei em contato para QUESTIONAR se faziam uma rota específica, a pessoa que me atendeu disse que SIM, logo após me bloqueou sem dar mais notícias.
Entrei em contato por outro telefone, e fizeram a mesma coisa.
Depois entrei em contato pelo Google e a pessoa que me atendeu, super sem educação, me disse que não fazem a rota pela qual eu questionei.
Achei ridículo! Se não fazem a rota é simples, informe ao cliente e tudo certo, agora bloquear a pessoa sem dar uma explicação é um total descaso! Espero que mais ninguém passe pela mesma situação, totalmente desagradável.
 Terrible attendance! I got in touch to ASK if they were taking a specific route, the person who answered me said YES, soon after he blocked me without giving more news.
I called another phone number and they did the same thing.
Then I got in touch via Google and the person who answered me, super rude, told me that they don't take the route I asked.
I thought it was ridiculous! If they don't do the route, it's simple, inform the customer and that's all right, now blocking the person without giving an explanation is a total disregard! I hope no one else goes through the same, totally unpleasant situation.
