★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo humor negativo, funcionárias fadigadas,com tanta gente desempregada, deviam rever um conceito melhor para atendimento delivery e presencial.
Se não podem atender dignamente, fechem as portas e evitem transtornos.
The service is bad negative mood, fatigued employees, with so many unemployed people, should review a better concept for delivery and face-to-face service.
If you cannot attend with dignity, close the doors and avoid inconvenience.

I placed an order on the 18th at 20:30 and waiting, when it was 22:40 they cancel the order without giving satisfaction, ridiculously bad service, I never ask again, wife slept hungry.

Hoje pedi uma batata pelo iFood, assim que abri encontrei um cabelo no recheio. Enviei uma mensagem no chat do aplicativo, porém o chat foi encerrado sem que me respondessem. Enviei mensagem no Instagram juntamente com as fotos, e tbm não houve retorno!
É uma grande pena o descaso com o cliente!
I love potatoes, however the service is terrible!
Today I ordered a potato through iFood, as soon as I opened it I found a hair in the stuffing. I sent a message in the app's chat, but the chat ended without being answered. I sent a message on Instagram along with the photos, and there was no return!
It is a great pity the neglect of the customer!
