Falta de respeito com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido atrasou 1 hora e 40 minutos + 1 hora e 20 que eles estipulam pra entrega. Liguei várias vezes pra saber sobre, só que o telefone chama muito e ninguém atende. Um bom tempo depois me atenderam e foram sarcásticos, me dizendo que eu esperasse o pedido e que não tinham previsão de tempo de entrega pq eles tem outros pedidos.
Fiquei muito insatisfeita, e quando resolvi cancelar, eles já não me atenderam mais.
Resumindo: Depois de 3 horas de espera(moro a 20 min de distância da lanchonete), o pedido chegou, frio e nem senti sabor. Enfim. Meu dinheiro n é papel higiênico!
Order delayed 1 hour and 40 minutes + 1 hour and 20 that they stipulate for delivery. I called several times to find out, except that the phone calls a lot and nobody answers. A long time later they attended to me and were sarcastic, telling me that I expected the request and that they had no forecast of delivery time because they have other requests.
I was very dissatisfied, and when I decided to cancel, they no longer attended me.
In short: After 3 hours of waiting (I live 20 minutes away from the cafeteria), the order arrived, cold and I did not even taste it. Anyway. My money is no toilet paper!
