 Amazing place, committed to environmental awareness, Ms. Regina has a spirit of initiative and partnership that you can feel just by seeing her. And the vet who made the presentation whose name I don't remember brings the same spirit with a touch of renewal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tivemos uma experiência muito boa, não pretendo voltar tão cedo por conta disso. Fomos em um grupo de 13 pessoas, e quando foi na hora do almoço não havia lugar, com isso tivemos que esperar um bom tempo para podermos fazer a refeição. No ato da reserva foi informado que estavam organizando pequenos grupos, mas chegamos lá e estava bem lotado! Não o bastante, eu estava com minhas duas filhas (7 anos e a menor de 1 ano e 7 meses), e enquanto esperava na mesa para que alguém me auxiliasse com as crianças, com minha bebê que chorava bastante pois estava com fome e sono, fui abordada pela funcionária para fazer a cobrança do almoço que eu mesma nem havia pegado (isso mesmo, não estava com nenhum prato ainda), pois estava com a bebê no colo chorando. Achei muita falta de preparo e de sensibilidade, pois ao invés de perguntar "a sra precisa de alguma coisa/ajuda", ela veio cobrar o almoço pois tinham outras pessoas na mesa já fazendo suas respectivas refeições. Por fim, paguei por um almoço que nem comi direito, além da comida já estar fria.
Outro ponto relacionado a desorganização é em relação algumas atividades, que deveriam ter monitores, como por exemplo uma tirolesa (pequena para crianças). Lembrando que eu estava com as duas filhas, a minha mais velha foi na tirolesa, por incentivo meu, mas depois fiquei mal, pois o solo estava todo barrento, ou seja, não tive como acompanhar ela no impulso, que acabou se machucado pois não havia um mecanismo de freio antes de finalizar o trajeto, com isso acabou por bater e se machucar no pneu gigante, que está lá só pra não bater em algo mais duro. Também não tivemos auxílio, acho que nem tem local apropriado caso ocorresse algum acidente maior. Muito ruim a experiência.. minha filha ficou toda machucada e toda suja de lama, por muito pouco não tivemos que ir embora naquele momento e encerrar o passeio que mal havia começado.
E a outra coisa que observei é a sinalização não muito boa. Demorou para achar o banheiro.. e os demais locais também a sinalização estava escondida. Ser um local rústico é bonito; desorganizado não.
We didn't have a very good experience, I don't intend to go back anytime soon because of that. We went in a group of 13 people, and when it was lunch time there was no place, so we had to wait a long time to be able to eat. When booking it was informed that they were organizing small groups, but we got there and it was very crowded! Not enough, I was with my two daughters (7 years old and the one under 1 year and 7 months old), and while I was waiting at the table for someone to help me with the children, with my baby who was crying a lot because she was hungry and sleepy , I was approached by the employee to charge for the lunch that I hadn't even taken (that's right, I didn't have any plate yet), because I had the baby on my lap crying. I found a lot of lack of preparation and sensitivity, because instead of asking "do you need something/help", she came to collect lunch because there were other people at the table already making their respective meals. Finally, I paid for a lunch that I didn't even eat properly, and the food was already cold.
Another point related to disorganization is in relation to some activities, which should have monitors, such as a zip line (small for children). Remembering that I was with my two daughters, my eldest went on the zipline, for my encouragement, but then I felt bad, because the ground was all muddy, that is, I couldn't accompany her on impulse, who ended up getting hurt because I didn't there was a brake mechanism before finishing the route, so he ended up hitting and hurting himself on the giant tire, which is there just to avoid hitting something harder. We also didn't have help, I don't think there's even an appropriate place in case a bigger accident happened. The experience was very bad.. my daughter was all bruised and dirty with mud, we barely had to leave at that moment and end the tour that had barely begun.
And the other thing I noticed is the not very good signage. It took a while to find the bathroom.. and the other places were also hidden. Being a rustic place is beautiful; disorganized no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale muito a pena a visita! Excelente local para crianças pequenas. É um santuário de animais que sofreram mal tratos / foram resgatados e não podem voltar para a natureza. Além da visita monitorada, contando a história de cada animal, vários podem ser vistos bem de pertinho.
Duas piscinas, uma super rasa para os pequeninos.

It is really worth the visit! Excellent place for young children. It is a sanctuary for animals that have been mistreated / rescued and cannot return to the wild. In addition to the monitored visit, telling the story of each animal, several can be seen up close.

Área ampla com muitos brinquedos p crianças de várias idades.
Minha nota só não foi 5 porque, na mha opinião, faltou um local que tivesse suco natural, sorvete, e opções de lanchinhos p criança comer durante o dia, considerando que as pessoas passam o dia todo.
Tem uma cantina que vende refri, suco de garrafinha e (apenas) bolos.
Como tinha visto na Internet, levei mtas castanhas, lanchinhos e água, e foi tudo.
Msm assim, o lugar é lindo e o atendimento é mto bom. Todos muito educados e prestativos.
Vale mto a pena a visita!

Large area with lots of toys for children of different ages.
My rating just wasn't 5 because, in my opinion, it lacked a place that had natural juice, ice cream, and snack options for children to eat during the day, considering that people spend all day.
There is a canteen that sells soda, bottled juice and (only) cakes.
As I had seen on the Internet, I took a lot of chestnuts, snacks and water, and that was all.
Even so, the place is beautiful and the service is very good. All very polite and helpful.
It's really worth the visit!
