O proprietário chegou a me chamar de sensível porque não gostei do mau atendimento dele, da forma que ele trata os clientes no telefone, meio que querendo desligar logo sem paciência, querendo despachar logo a pessoa. Quer dizer que devemos aceitar tudo sem nos manifestar? Acredito que outras pessoas devem ter passado por isso ao ligar lá! Vejo um despreparo do proprietário para atender clientes. Deixo aqui minha avaliação porque para mim, o bom atendimento é a principal coisa que uma empresa precisa oferecer, é terrível ser destratado em qualquer lugar. O atendimento dos funcionários temos boa experiencia, mas do proprietário é terrível.
I would like to report a terrible service I had from the owner, neglecting the phone, wanting to hang up right away without the patience to listen to me, to hear my need as a customer. The owner even called me sensitive because I didn't like his poor service, the way he treats customers on the phone, kind of wanting to hang up right away without patience, wanting to dispatch the person right away. Does it mean that we must accept everything without manifesting ourselves? I believe that other people must have gone through this when calling there! I see an unpreparedness of the owner to serve customers. I leave my assessment here because for me, good service is the main thing that a company needs to offer, it is terrible to be dislocated anywhere. The service from the staff we have good experience, but the owner is terrible.
