★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, não dão o mínimo de atenção devida quando o assunto é desocupação, as vistorias não são analisados os detalhes corretamente, e as atendentes são péssimas! Não indico e muito menos trabalho novamente com vocês!
 Bad real estate, they don't give the least attention when it comes to vacating, inspections are not analyzed the details correctly, and the attendants are terrible! I do not recommend and much less work with you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Eu nunca vi um atendimento tão péssimo na minha vida. Estou há mais de um mês tentando alugar um imóvel, parece que eu estou implorando um favor para eles. Não indico para ninguém esse serviço!!!!
Bad experience. I have never seen such bad service in my life. I've been trying to rent a property for over a month, it feels like I'm begging them for a favor. I do not recommend this service to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como locatário, recebi um péssimo atendimento, não há retorno às solicitações, pedem que eu faça contato com o locatário para envio de contas, colocam cláusula de pintura nova ao final do contrato mesmo com constatação do vistoriador de que as paredes estão sujas.
As a lessee, I received a bad service, there is no response to requests, they ask me to contact the lessee to send bills, they put a new painting clause at the end of the contract even with the inspector's finding that the walls are dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Atendimento ruim, não aceitaram meu imóvel, por ser de valor baixo e disseram que era fora de localização. Se próximo tem placa deles....Laura esperamos profissionalismo de uma empresa. Bons profissionais vendem até terreno na lua. Precisam dever os seus conceitos. Só pedi para anunciarem meu terreno e não para oferecer para a elite. Pessoas próximas aí local iriam até vocês. Mas, o conceito de vocês é alto demais.
Bad experience. Bad service, they didn't accept my property, because it was low value and said it was out of location. If the next one has a sign from them....Laura we expect professionalism from a company. Good professionals even sell land on the moon. They need to owe their concepts. I only asked to advertise my land and not to offer it to the elite. People nearby there would come to you. But, your concept is too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualmente moro em SP e deixei meu imóvel locado por um periodo, quando o inquilino saiu foi feita uma vistoria, onde alguns pontos não foram apontados pelo vistoriador, fui ate a imobiliaria pois a comunicação pelo App Toca ou Whatsapp é pessima, solicitei que fosse um prestador de serviço para realizar os reparos, ate hoje não sei se foram feitos os reparos e não tive retorno.
Solicitei também a atualização dos dados e fotos no site, pois fiz algumas benfeitorias no imovel e ate hoje nadaaa!
Estou a dois dias tentando falar pelo Whatsapp mas não consigo, sempre que ligo os atendentes estão em atendimento.
Quando fui procurar uma imobiliária, muitos me disseram que essa era a melhor da cidade, mas acho que fui enganado!

I've been trying to talk on Whatsapp for two days but I can't, whenever I call the attendants are in attendance.
When I went to look for a realtor, many told me that this was the best in town, but I think I was wrong!

Estou há mais de 1 semana tentando agendar visitas em imóveis que me interessei pelo site, eles nunca marcam, notavelmente pura desculpa, um dia não tem horário, outro dia ele fica sem me responder e responde apenas no final do expediente pra que não tenha tempo hábil de visita. É o terceiro imóvel que perdi por não marcarem as visitas, vão deixando pra depois e no dia seguinte cancelam porque o imóvel que eu estava interessada foi alugado ou reservado. Descaso com cliente via WhatsApp, tentei ir pessoalmente ver se o atendimento seria melhor, pior foi a experiência. Nunca fui tão mal atendida, parece que o cliente tem que implorar aos funcionários pra que pesquisem o que desejamos, e marcar visita entao nem se fala.

It's the third property I lost because they didn't schedule the visits, they leave it for later and the next day they cancel it because the property I was interested in was rented or reserved. Customer neglect via WhatsApp, I tried to go personally to see if the service would be better, the experience was worse. I've never been so poorly attended, it seems that the customer has to beg the employees to research what they want, and schedule a visit then they don't even talk.
