Sr. Oliveira me informou que o quadro iria estar pronto dia 17/08 quando fui buscar só tinham colocado a moldura e estava sem o vidro e o mesmo me informou que entregaria na segunda-feira dia 19/08 e até o momento não foi entregue, o mesmo não responde mensagens do WathsApp e não atende ligação, ligo na central e a Dona Cristina sempre informa que será entregue na semana que ligo e nada também, já liguei varias vezes na central e as vezes não atendem e quando ligo de outro número diferente a ligação é atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na quinta 19/12/2019, comprar uma fechadura para minha janela, disse que no mesmo dia me ligaria pra ir buscar, mas... passou quinta, sexta e no sábado fui novamente, porque nem atendem o telefone e nem ligam para dar satisfação, o rapaz que me atendeu não estava a moça da loja do lado disse que me ligava pra avisar, então no mesmo dia no final do dia retornei porque nada de ligar, estava ele batendo papo na frente da loja é disse que veio errada que segunda feira poderia buscar sem falta...então hoje23/12/2019 Fui buscar a tarde como combinado , e ele não abriu !!!! Custava avisar??? Agora Deus sabe quando vou buscar ,se vai emendar até o ano que vem!!! Isso que é somente uma fechadura de 60 reais imagine uma porta ou outro produto mais caro!!! Quiser passar raiva compra com eles !!!

Resolvi fazer serviço de 260 reais, mas o senhor Oliveira não cumpriu o prazo, pegou o sinal de 130 e sumiu, é isso ae sumiu. Fui em um dos endereços que ele tem em São Mateus, e me informaram que ele fechou a loja, me disseram que diversas pessoas procuram ele. Tive em outro endereço para tentar receber minha grana. Por fim com tanto sufoco recebi mas só a raiva que passei. Então não recomendo para ninguém. Lembrando que no momento de fechar ele é muito simpático, depois se esconde por traz de um celular, não quer encarar mais.
