★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra em outubro e perguntei se era possível efetuar a entrega no dia seguinte pela manhã para contratar o pedreiro, paguei a diária do pedreiro pra ficar parado pois o material não chegou, hoje efetuei uma nova compra informaram que chegaria pela manhã e novamente estou pagando a diária para o pedreiro parado aguardando o material chegar, são 14h e ainda não foi entregue, conclusão, de que adianta ter um preço bom se o que vc economiza com material vc gasta a mais com tempo e mão de obra parada devido atrasos gerados pelo estabelecimento, estão pecando no pós vendas, se pelo menos informasse a data de entrega certa não geraria custo extra na obra. Falta organização, e boa vontade dos funcionários.

There is a lack of organization and good will from the employees.
