★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 14/07/2021 estive na loja tocha pela manhã com meus 3 filhos p comprar uniformes! Fui prontamente atendida pelo Matheus que foi mto gentil e tranquilo (mesmo sendo uma compra grande com diferentes tamanhos) o tempo todo um homem de blusa amarela ficava perguntando se o Matheus precisava de ajuda com uma certa impaciência!! Pelo oque ouvi ele chama André ( não tenho certeza) um homem alto e magro, depois ele entrou dentro do balcão e começou me perguntar os tamanhos, como os tamanhos da loja são diferentes ( digo não seguem uma sequência numérica ou P/M/G eu não sabia qual seria.... e ele com ignorância ficou falando! Tem G vai querer??? Tem essa aqui!! Vai querer?!?! Super irritado! Eu disse que estava a principio separando e as crianças iriam experimentar!!! Ele foi p fundo da loja chamou uma atendente e começou falar que ia ter um infarto, ele estava mto irritado, sendo mto ignorante!!! A outra atendente veio ajudar o Matheus com simpatia e paciência!!! Terminamos tudo e fui pagar!! Quando estava no caixa meus filhos ficaram perto do balcão e presenciaram uma cena ridícula!!!!! Que foi esse homem colocando a roupa dentro do saquinho e jogando no atendente Matheus!!! Eles me falaram e eu achei um absurdo!!! Esse homem não deveria atender pessoas, ele estava extremamente alterado atoa!! Pq estava tudo sobre controle com o atendente Matheus que só tenho elogios!!! Super calmo, e ótimo atendente!!!! Não sei se esse homem é proprietário da loja, e tudo ficará como está, porém eu não pretendo comprar mais nessa loja!! E olha que gastei um valor bem alto pois são 3 crianças que estão entrando agora no colégio São José e parecia que eu estava pedindo esmola lá!!!
Today 14/07/2021 I was at the torch store in the morning with my 3 children to buy uniforms! I was promptly assisted by Matheus who was very kind and calm (even being a big purchase with different sizes) all the time a man in a yellow blouse kept asking if Matheus needed help with a certain impatience!! From what I heard he calls André (I'm not sure) a tall, thin man, then he came inside the counter and started asking me the sizes, how the store sizes are different (I mean they don't follow a numerical sequence or P/M/G I didn't know what it would be.... and he was ignorant, talking! Is there a G want it? There's this one!! Will it be?!?! Super angry! I said I was separating at first and the kids would try it! He went to the back of the store called an attendant and started saying he was going to have a heart attack, he was very angry, being very ignorant!!! The other attendant came to help Matheus with sympathy and patience!!! When I was at the checkout, my children were near the counter and witnessed a ridiculous scene!!!That was this man putting the clothes inside the bag and throwing them at the Matheus attendant!!!They told me and I thought it was absurd!! This man shouldn't attend people, he was extremely upset for nothing!! Because everything was just bre control with the attendant Matheus that I only have compliments!!! Super calm, and great attendant!!!! I don't know if this man owns the store, and everything will stay as it is, but I don't intend to buy any more from this store!! And look, I spent a very high amount because there are 3 children who are now entering the São José school and it seemed that I was begging there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes educadas, uniforme escolar de qualidade, tem estacionamento e quanto ao preço, não achei diferente de outros lugares que vendem uniforme.
Vale a pena.
Polite attendants, quality school uniform, parking and as for the price, I didn't find it different from other places that sell uniforms.
It is worth it.

Very good store, service note 10 seller André gave top service less than 1 hour was already resolved color, size and company logo.

I bought a uniform for my kids. The material is of excellent quality and the production is impeccable. It took a while but it was well worth it. The service is also very good. They are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com a grande demanda de encomenda de uniformes de início de ano, não cumprem o prazo informado. Primeiro que dizem que entram em contato para retirar, passaram mais de 15 dias e eu que tive que entrar em contato e ainda assim não vão entregar toda a minha encomenda. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é referência de materias esportivos em Santo André porém fui comprar um kimono e a vendedora queria que eu levasse um kimono que deveria ser branco porém estava todo amarelado. Não gostei!

Fiz meu pedido em novembro deram 30 dias, com 40 fui na loja e um belo de um descaso falando que estavam dando prioridades para camisetas (Não é problema meu) existe telefone para dar uma satisfação, se não vão cumprir o prazo ao menos dar uma satisfação.
Chegou o pedido peguei chegando em casa FUI TIRAR ETIQUETA TAMANHO ERRADO, fui simpática mandei uma msg para ver a troca 3 dis depois nenhuma resposta.
Eles sabem que não temos muita opção, vou até fazer uma reclamação na escola para poderem dar mais opções de malharia.

I placed my order in November, it took 30 days, with 40 days I went to the store and a lot of indifference saying that they were prioritizing t-shirts (Not my problem) there is a phone to give a satisfaction, if they won't meet the deadline, at least give them a call. satisfaction.
The order arrived I got it when I got home I WENT TO TAKE THE WRONG SIZE LABEL, I was nice I sent a message to see the exchange 3 days later no response.
They know we don't have a lot of options, I'll even file a complaint with the school so they can give them more knitting options.
