Fiz um pedido, me deram 20 dias pra fabricação. Depois de mais de 50 dias falaram que ficou pronto que iriam me enviar. Pela transportadora tnt que chegaria em 4 dias. Após 10 dias do dia do envio liguei pra transportado e não constava nada nos meus dados ou seja eles nunca enviaram! Tento contato todos os dias pra pelo Whatsapp sem nenhum retorno! Quando respondem falam que vai olhar e não respondem mais ! Muito chateada com a falta de comprometimento dessa empresa, os pagamentos foram feitos certinhos sem nenhum atraso e agora quero o reembolso já que os produtos nunca foram enviados e não consigo contato !!
