★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedora no início falava que aceitava BNDES, então decidi fazer todo planejamento do meu apartamento em cima dessa afirmação , após autorizar a compra, inventaram uma regra de que a compra só poderia ser instalada na minha empresa, consultei o estatuto do BNDES que desmente a informação, consultei meu gerente BRADESCO PJ emissor do cartão de crédito do BNDES que também desmente a informação, quando citei ao representante que outras empresas aceitavam e que essa dificuldade (inventada) e imposta pela Todeschinni não procedia em conformidade com o estatuto do BNDES, ele me respondeu que "à ele só interessava a empresa dele" no caso a Todeschinni, resposta grosseira e de notável descaso e desinteresse com o cliente, fui até a Formatto móveis, que prontamente me atendeu, me vendeu via BNDES sem nenhuma burocracia, com um atendimento exemplar, Qualidade impecável, a quem interessar recomendo, no caso da Todeschinni, apesar do excelente atendimento de Alexandra na montagem do projeto, falta Humildade, interesse, conhecimento e profissionalismo à sua proprietária, além de caríssima é extremamente burocrática, não recomendo a Todescchini à ninguém, procurem a Florence ou a Formatto Móveis, irão se surpreender positivamente... o que sua empresa não faz, certamente seu concorrente fará!

Depois de pesquisar em várias empresas, encontrei na Todeschini Natal a segurança/confiança para encomendar meus ambientes. A equipe da Todeschini Natal liderada pela arquiteta Alexandra foi muito profissional e além de fazer um lindo projeto, ainda fez toda interação com a construtora e com a empresa responsável pelas peças de mármore. Várias medições foram realizadas para assegurar que os móveis iriam ficar milimetricamente encaixados nos seus respectivos espaços. Antes da conclusão da obra, os móveis já estavam disponíveis em Natal para instalação. A instalação foi realizada com exímio cuidado e precisão pelo Bruno e Dudu da Todeschini Natal. Tudo ficou lindo e maravilhoso como havíamos planejado. Até o momento o pós- venda também foi bem efetivo.

The installation was carried out with great care and precision by Bruno and Dudu from Todeschini Natal. Everything was beautiful and wonderful as we had planned.
