O atraso na entrega de aproximadamente 06 meses (e mesmo assim porque fomos insistentes em reclamar) e 2. A promessa de garantia de 05 anos, que na verdade só cobre a madeira. Resultado: Estou tendo problemas com os puxadores dos moveis que a todo momento se soltam e a TODESCHINI não quer trocar. Infelizmente o material que a garantia não cobre é de péssima qualidade. Portanto fiquem atentos a promessa de garantia de 05 anos (é enganosa).
We hired locker service for the entire apartment and had two serious problems: 1. The delivery delay of approximately 06 months (and yet because we were insistent on complaining) and 2. The 5 year warranty promise, which actually only covers the wood. Result: I am having problems with the furniture knobs that come loose all the time and TODESCHINI does not want to change. Unfortunately the material that the warranty does not cover is of poor quality. So be aware of the 5 year warranty promise (it's misleading).
