Acabei fechando meu planejado em outra empresa onde fui muito bem atendido. Acredito não ter sido bem atendido pelo fato de não estar com vestimentas de acordo com o valor do investimento. Infelizmente, pois acredito que o produto seja de excelente qualidade. Mas não está sendo bem representado.
Bad service, at the time I asked for a quote for the "salesman" Nando, who neither wants to answer me or sent me a draft of the project. I ended up closing my plan in another company where I was very well attended. I believe I was not well attended by the fact that I was not wearing clothes according to the value of the investment. Unfortunately, I believe the product is of excellent quality. But it is not being well represented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri na loja Todeschini Upscale - Granja Viana, um projeto de móveis do meu apartamento (12 ambientes).
A entrega da marcenaria foi realizada conforme prazo estipulado, todavia, com falta de diversos itens necessários ao prosseguimento da montagem, o que prejudicou seu andamento.
Ao realizar reclamações na loja os itens eram enviados pontualmente sem que isso solucionasse o problema de forma efetiva.
O inicio da montagem se deu em 25/10/2021 por apenas 1 montador terceirizado, sem ajudante que encerrou as atividades em 05/11/2021, sendo enviado outro montador em 08/11/2021 que até o momento prossegue na montagem, sendo prejudicada diversas vezes pela falta de itens necessários a montagem (fechamentos, puxadores, pés de móveis, dobradiças de portas).
A loja realizou o projeto e sabia dos detalhes, como painel ripado, quantidade de ambientes e mesmo assim não realizou uma logística adequada para montagem, sendo enviado apenas 1 montador para realização de todo o serviço, mesmo sendo informada da necessidade de uma equipe maior.
Até o momento já foram identificados diversos itens faltantes que ainda não foram entregues para finalização dos ambientes como dormitório, cozinha e com o inicio da montagem dos demais ambientes provavelmente serão identificados mais itens faltantes.
Ao realizar contato com o vendedor da loja responsável pela venda: Daniel, responsável pela logística: Talita e mesmo com a responsável da loja: Zelita, recebemos soluções vagas ou sequer sou respondidos.
Além disso, diversos itens foram entregues com avarias (batidas) que comprometem a estética do móvel, sendo necessária sua substituição.
Estou residindo no local, estou grávida e passando por diversos transtornos não esperados por uma loja desse porte. A montagem vai ultrapassar 1 mês em razão da falta de planejamento para montagem e falta de mão de obra adequada.
Deixo registrada minha insatisfação e solicito uma resolução efetiva do problema.
At the Todeschini Upscale store - Granja Viana, I acquired a furniture project for my apartment (12 rooms).
The delivery of the joinery was carried out according to the stipulated deadline, however, there was a lack of several items necessary for the continuation of the assembly, which hindered its progress.
When making complaints in the store, the items were sent on time without this effectively solving the problem.
The start of the assembly took place on 10/25/2021 by only 1 outsourced assembler, without a helper, who ended the activities on 11/05/2021, with another assembler being sent on 11/08/2021 which until now continues with the assembly, being hampered several times by the lack of items necessary for assembly (locks, handles, furniture feet, door hinges).
The store carried out the project and knew the details, such as slatted panel, number of rooms and even so it did not carry out adequate logistics for assembly, only 1 assembler was sent to carry out the entire service, even though it was informed of the need for a larger team.
So far, several missing items have been identified that have not yet been delivered for completion of environments such as the bedroom, kitchen and with the start of assembly of the other environments, more missing items will probably be identified.
When contacting the salesperson at the store responsible for the sale: Daniel, responsible for logistics: Talita and even with the store manager: Zelita, we received vague solutions or were not even answered.
In addition, several items were delivered with breakdowns (breaks) that compromise the furniture's aesthetics, requiring replacement.
I'm residing on site, I'm pregnant and going through several inconveniences not expected by a store of this size. The assembly will exceed 1 month due to lack of planning for assembly and lack of adequate labor.
I register my dissatisfaction and request an effective resolution of the problem.
