Salgados super deliciosos e com um preço bem acessível. Estão de parabéns ! E com certeza farei novas encomendas.

Fiz uma pequena celebração de casamento.
Paguei o pedido adiantado e a vista.
Confirmaram a entrega na mesma semana, no dia mandei mensagem confirmando e me responderam que estava tudo certo, porém no dia esqueceram da encomenda, e mais engraçado que na caixa dos salgados estava escrito a data e hora.
Liguei diversas vezes, mandei mensagem no Whatszap e não consegui contato.
Após algumas horas me ligaram e disseram que tinha ocorrido um erro.
Fizeram minha entrega após quase 5 horas do horário combinado.
Sorte que servi outras comidas na festa se não tinha sido um total fracasso. Quase fiquei viúvo após 1 dia de ter casado.
Intendo que erros acontecem mas alguns momentos são únicos e não voltam atras!
O salgado chegou quente, são realmente saborosos e os docinhos também são muito bons.
CASO FAÇAM SUA ENCOMENDA ACONSELHO LIGAR ALGUMAS VEZES E GARANTIR O DIA E O HORÁRIO DA ENTREGA!!!

Após 5 horas de atraso, recebemos sim 200 doces a mais, porém estavam com o nome de outro Cliente, então não se trata de pedido de desculpa e sim mais um erro, que foi confirmado no dia seguinte, quando nos ligaram, não para se desculparem, mas sim para saber se havíamos recebido os doces por engano.
O intuito do meu comentário foi apenas para servir de aviso e evolução para vocês, mas pelo jeito vocês não aceitam criticas.
Total falta se organização e tato com o Cliente.

I had a small wedding celebration.
I paid the order in advance and the payment.
They confirmed the delivery in the same week, on the day I sent a confirming message and replied that it was all right, but on the day they forgot the order, and funnier than the date and time it was written on the savory box.
I called several times, sent a message on Whatszap and I couldn't get in touch.
After a few hours they called me and said that an error had occurred.
They made my delivery after almost 5 hours of the agreed time.
Lucky I served other foods at the party if it hadn't been a total failure. I almost became a widower after 1 day of getting married.
I understand that mistakes happen but some moments are unique and do not come back!
The salty arrived hot, they are really tasty and the sweets are also very good.
IF YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER I RECOMMEND SOME TIMES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY DAY AND TIME !!!

After 5 hours of delay, we did receive 200 more sweets, but they had the name of another Client, so it is not an apology but another mistake, which was confirmed the next day, when they called us, not to stop. sorry, but to find out if we had received the candy by mistake.

Embora os salgados tenham sido entregues no horário e quentes, o sabor e a qualidade deixaram muito a desejar. Nunca comi tanta massa e quase nada de recheio... de verdade, nunca comi um salgado de tão baixa qualidade.
Fiquei extremamente decepcionada porque o valor dos salgados, não é um valor promocional. Não paguei por salgados de fábrica e, infelizmente, estavam até inferior.
Deixo aqui o feedback para que avaliem a prestação de serviço de vcs. As vezes é melhor não fazer algo, do que fazer e frustrar tanto os clientes.
