As esfihas São todas maravilhosas!
O que deixa a Desejar é a entrega.
No dia 19/11/20 eu fiz um pedido e falaram que iria demorar 50min, chegou 1h20min depois, e Totalmente GELADA.
Então fiz um comentário via Whatsapp e até hoje não me responderam.
É aí que se percebe o quanto se preocupa com os Clientes.

The esfihas are all wonderful!
What leaves Desire is delivery.
On 11/19/20 I made an order and they said it would take 50min, it arrived 1h20min later, and Totally Icy.
So I made a comment via Whatsapp and until today they didn't answer me.
That's when you realize how much you care about Customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Pedi um beirute de bauru sem alface. Notei que estava diferente das outras vezes. Entrei em contato e falei que a única coisa que pedi que nao viesse foi o alface. Fui informada que tinha queijo na parte de cima do pão. Até agora nao achamos o recheio do lanche, enviei fotos. E a melhor parte é que não tivemos nenhuma devolutiva, simplismente ignorada. Acredito que eles tenham bastante clientes, assim não se preocupam de perder por não dar assistência na reclamação.
Terrible. I ordered a bauru beirut without lettuce. I noticed that it was different from the other times. I got in touch and said that the only thing I asked not to come was the lettuce. I was informed that there was cheese on the top of the bread. So far we haven't found the filling for the snack, I sent photos. And the best part is that we had no feedback, simply ignored. I believe they have a lot of customers, so they don't worry about losing by not assisting with the complaint.
