Se é realizado delivery e atende também no local , o mínimo a se fazer é dizer para o cliente que ele realizando o pedido para comer ali, ele vai entrar na fila geral , que é o a fila do delivery e dos pedidos para lanchar no local. Agora você ficar 45 minutos sentado esperando o lanche ficar pronto e ninguém perceber que você ainda não recebeu seu lanche e ninguém vem dar uma satisfação não é só falta de respeito com o cliente, é falta de respeito com o indivíduo humano.
Um abuso absurdo.
Não deviam nem atender presencialmente se dão preferência somente ao delivery.
