Paguei o preço, acreditando no produto.
Gosto dos produtos que a empresa possui, porém esse produto, especificamente, não trouxe nenhuma ajuda.
I bought a glue tube for ScrapDecor & Carton 250g - lot 084 039, but it is not pasting the papers. It just makes them wet.
I paid the price, believing in the product.
I like the products that the company has, but this product, specifically, did not bring any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei alguns furadores e tesoura da TEC e dois deles vieram com problema. Entrei em contato por telefone no dia 19/02 aós o horário de atendimento. Fui atendida e questionei como eu poderia acionar a garantia. Como já era fora do expediente, a pessoa que me atendeu anotou meu número e me garantiu que no dia seguinte, no primeiro horário eu receberia uma ligação para dar início aos trâmites. Informei meu telefone, mas não acreditando em tal retorno. Para minha maior surpresa e satisfação, no dia seguinte conforme prometido, o Anderson entrou em contato comigo para saber o que havia ocorrido. Para minha surpresa maior, hoje, 22/02 - apenas 02 dias após falar por telefone, tive meus produtos trocados, diretamente na minha casa. A TEC mandou um entregador me entregar meus itens novos e testados e levou os que vieram com defeito, sem nem ao menos questionar. Parabéns TEC, que vocês perpetuem e prosperem cada vez mais. E que sua atitude, sirva de exemplo às demais empresas. É com respeito, dedicação e entregando excelência que se chega mais longe!
I bought some punches and scissors from TEC and two of them came with a problem. I got in touch by phone on 02/19 after office hours. I was answered and asked how I could activate the guarantee. As it was already out of hours, the person who answered me wrote down my number and assured me that the next day, at the first time, I would receive a call to start the procedures. I informed my phone number, but did not believe in such a return. To my greatest surprise and satisfaction, the next day as promised, Anderson contacted me to find out what had happened. To my greatest surprise, today, 02/22 - just 02 days after speaking by phone, I had my products exchanged, directly at my home. TEC sent a delivery man to deliver my new and tested items and took those that came with a defect, without even questioning. Congratulations TEC, that you perpetuate and prosper more and more. And may your attitude serve as an example to other companies. It is with respect, dedication and delivering excellence that you go further!

Some tools are good, others not so much the banana tape always when it comes to the end there is a piece without glue and we end up losing it.
