 Excellent service, very attentive, I hired a bath and grooming for my dog, it was very beautiful, they left him very nice and tidy, great job, I'm already a regular customer, now I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tenho 2 dogs. Mandei os 2 para o banho, entregaram um sem banho, o motoboy deixou um fugir. O que eles disseram que deram banho estava todo sujo. So jogam perfume. Voltou com pelo do mesmo jeito que foi. Estou indignada com o atendimento.
Terrible attendance. I have 2 dogs. I sent the 2 to the bath, they delivered one without bath, the motoboy let one get away. The one they said they bathed was all dirty. They just spray perfume. It came back with fur the same way it was. I am outraged by the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cachorrinha Shitzu teve um banho agendado para 11:15 a mesma foi recolhida pouco antes , a pessoa que veio buscar já fez pouco caso ,mandando que minha esposa colocasse ela na casinha ,mesmo avisando que ela é muito dócil , quando foi por volta das 13:00 ligaram pra ela avisando que teria que tosar , e que não teria como dar banho , alegando que ela estava embolada coisa que não procedia , a verdade que eles não tem condições de dar banho em cachorrinho peludo , seria muito mais fácil não ter pegado o mesmo , agora o animalzinho ficou por hora com sede e fome , odiei o tratamento , ????sorte dos mesmos que eu não estava em casa , pq isso não se faz , precisam da mais atenção aos clientes , pois os bichinhos não sabem reclamar , mais eu como dono deixo minha total insatisfação com essa empresa , totalmente desqualificada para atuar na área .

Mandei meu cachorrinho pra um banho.
Ao chegar do banho, notamos machucados e uma folha na qual dizia que não foi possível secar pois o mesmo era agitado.
( se fosse pra deixar ele sem secar, eu mesma teria dado banho em casa)
Meu doguinho, e um cachorro sensível e que não pode ficar com o pelo molhado.
Infelizmente não mando mais e ainda tive essa péssima experiência.
Com meu cachorro machucado ?

Unpleasant situation.
I sent my dog for a bath.
Upon arriving from the bath, we noticed bruises and a sheet on which it said that it was not possible to dry because it was agitated.
(if I were to leave it without drying, I would have bathed it myself at home)
My doggo, and a sensitive dog that can't keep his fur wet.
Unfortunately, I don't order anymore and I still had this bad experience.
