O novo restaurante de comida japonesa e karaokê da cidade de Guarulhos/São Paulo.
Os peixes são variados e o rodízio inclui Polvo, Camarão, Barriga de Salmão e Viera também pratos quentes como Tempurá de Shissô, Nasu Dengaku, Yakissoba e Temakis feitos na hora, além de Sushis Maçaricados e o famoso Hambúrguer de Camarão com molho de Ostra.
Com uma vitrine de Peixes super frescos e Drinks Especiais, a casa conta com uma cachoeira linda no ambiente externo e com uma varanda de frente a ela, além de um restaurante japonês a casa também é um karaokê!
O rodízio conta também com exclusividades como Carpaccio de Polvo, Tempurá de Milho, Dadinho de Tapioca com Salmão batido, Hot roll de Kabotchan, Tataki de Atum, temaki de Salmão Spice, jhow de ovo de codorna, tamago maki, Tempurá de Camarão e muito mais.

Comida deliciosa, garçons atentos e educados.
Era aniversário do meu marido e eles fizeram um drink de presente, amei a experiência.
No final ainda conversamos com o gerente da qualidade que foi super atencioso, recomendo.
Guarulhos precisa de lugares assim.

Fiz a reserva para comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa, as 16:00 e quando chego não tem lugar, depois q diz o pedido o atendente disse q a casa Estava fechada, participei para promoção de desconto de desperdício, pq eu só pedia o que ia comer, eles resolveram mandar um monte de pratos,. Só sobrou 4 sushis sortidos e me cobraram o .eu e da minha esposa. O lugar é muito arrumado, mas perderam um cliente. Falando nisso , passamos mal a noite inteira . Mandaram isso sem eu pedir
All wrong. I made the reservation to celebrate my wife's birthday, at 16:00 and when I arrive there is no place, after the order is said, the attendant said the house was closed, I participated for a waste discount promotion, because I only ordered what I was going to eat, they decided to send a lot of dishes,. There were only 4 assorted sushi left and they charged me and my wife's .eu. The place is very tidy, but they lost a customer. Speaking of which , we were sick all night . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos o rodízio especial, que vem com grande diversidade de sushis, com Vieira, haddock, ovas, polvo, muito bonitos e saborosos. O preço é um pouco elevado, e achei as entradas ok, mas vale a experiência.
We ordered the special rodizio, which comes with a wide variety of sushi, with scallop, haddock, roe, octopus, very beautiful and tasty. The price is a little high, and I thought the starters were ok, but worth the experience.

Resumindo: atendimento péssimo e caro. Simplesmente Cobraram os 10% e não fomos informados e cobraram todos os “extras”. No cardápio QUE NÃO ESTÁ ATUALIZADO E NEM TEM VALORES DOS ITENS tem a opção de caipirinha de tangerina com limão. Ao questionar sobre o valor total vimos que cobraram o valor de uma caipirinha + 5$ do limão por ser uma caipirinha de 2 sabores, oi?
Porém, fomos a um aniversário na qual na chegada não informaram que tem custo de entrada ou algo assim, mas no pagamento cobraram o Karaokê mesmo não fazendo o uso do mesmo. (Então sim tem taxa de entrada 12$ por pessoa)
Os pedidos demoraram MUITO para servirem e veio tudo picado, refrigerantes primeiro, aí depois o rodízio (na qual não disponibilizaram o Shoyo, tive que descer pegar )
COMIDA QUENTE ESTAVA FRIA E COMIDA FRIA ESTAVA QUENTE.
DRINKS: estava gostosa porém foi a última a ser servida e depois que cobramos o garçom inúmeras vezes e depois que terminamos de comer.
No ato do Bolo para os parabéns, trouxeram o bolo e sem as velas… pegaram as velas e não avisaram que estava esperando a autorização para acender e cantar( ficaram esperando a gente se manifestar sendo que já havíamos pedido o bolo para o Parabéns)
Cantamos o parabéns e não trouxeram a espátula para cortar o bolo. Lá vai nos novamente descer para pedir a espátula.
Péssimo, só “raiva”.

In short: terrible and expensive service. They simply charged the 10% and we were not informed and charged all the “extras”. On the menu WHICH IS NOT UPDATED AND DOES NOT HAVE VALUES OF THE ITEMS, there is the option of tangerine and lemon caipirinha. When asking about the total amount, we saw that they charged the value of a caipirinha + 5$ of lemon for being a 2-flavored caipirinha, hi?
However, we went to a birthday party where, upon arrival, they did not inform that there is an entrance fee or something, but when paying they charged for Karaoke even though they did not use it. (So yes there is an entrance fee of 12$ per person)
The orders took a LONG time to be served and everything came chopped, soft drinks first, then the rodízio (in which Shoyo was not available, I had to go down to get it)
HOT FOOD WAS COLD AND COLD FOOD WAS HOT.
DRINKS: it was delicious but it was the last to be served and after we charged the waiter numerous times and after we finished eating.
In the act of the Cake for the congratulations, they brought the cake and without the candles... they took the candles and did not warn that they were waiting for the authorization to light and sing (they were waiting for us to express themselves since we had already ordered the cake for Congratulations)
We sang happy birthday and they didn't bring the spatula to cut the cake. There we will go down again to ask for the spatula.
Terrible, just "anger".

Apesar do preço, o Supremo compensa muito pois foca na diversidade de pratos muitíssimo bem preparados, de qualidade, extremamente frescos e muito saborosos. Desde o Wagyu até o carpacchio de barriga de salmão, a excelência do que foi servido é impecável, os atendentes são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, demonstram sabee sobre cada prato e explicam pacientemente para os clientes. O rodízio vegano pedido pela minha irmã aprensentou uma variedade incomum do que estamos acostumado a ver, por não considerar carne nem derivados de animais, esperávamos apenas arroz envolvidos em legumes e fomos surpreendidos com sementes, frutas e outros sushis incríveis. Recomendo a todos, de uma refeição individual a uma noite com a família. Se tornou meu restaurante de comida japonesa favorito.
I went with my brothers and we ordered the supreme carvery and a vegan. Despite the price, Supremo compensates a lot because it focuses on the diversity of extremely well-prepared, quality, extremely fresh and very tasty dishes. From the Wagyu to the salmon belly carpacchio, the excellence of what was served is impeccable, the servers are very friendly and attentive, they demonstrate knowledge about each dish and patiently explain to the customers. The vegan carvery ordered by my sister presented an unusual variety of what we are used to seeing, as it does not consider meat or animal derivatives, we expected only rice wrapped in vegetables and we were surprised with seeds, fruits and other amazing sushi. I recommend it to everyone, from an individual meal to a night out with the family. It has become my favorite Japanese food restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local maravilhoso e muito aconchegante, conta com uma vista maravilhosa e um som incrível de uma cascata que pega os fundos do restaurante. Os garçons, atendentes e o gerente são bem educados e atenciosos. A comida é maravilhosa, no ponto certo, na temperatura certa e o melhor nada de atraso no atendimento. Em resumo eu e minha esposa fomos muito bem atendidos, recomendo!
Wonderful and very cozy place, it has a wonderful view and an incredible sound of a waterfall that takes the back of the restaurant. The waiters, servers and the manager are very polite and attentive. The food is wonderful, at the right point, at the right temperature and the best, no delay in service. In summary, my wife and I were very well attended, I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje realmente fiquei impressionado, a casa Tokyo Paradaisu deu aula de bom atendimento, aliás excelente atendimento, eu índico a todos os empresários que possuem restaurantes com reclamações constantes sobre o atendimento à conhecerem e a entenderem como uma casa deve funcionar, vou tentar em poucas palavras descrever os pontos que mais me cativaram, foi visitar a casa pela segunda vez no dia das Mães, estão ja esperava uma certa confusão e lentidão no serviço, ao ligar na casa fui atendido de forma muito educada e animada pela hoster que me informou que não poderia reservar uma mesa para mim próximo a parede de pedras que a casa possui mesmo assim me atendeu muito bem e eu informei que estava indo para lá que em 30min chegaria na Tokyo, ao chegar ela mesmo me recebeu na porta do restaurante, e ao me apresentar com o Bruno que ligou anteriormente, ela imediatamente se lembrou de nossa conversa e me levou para a última mesa livre na parede de pedras (iniciando aí já foi maravilhoso ela já saber o que eu queria), a partir daí o atendimento continuou uma maravilha por conta do Lucas (gerente da casa) e o Eduardo (garçom) ambos se dedicaram ao máximo para nós atender da melhor forma possível, deixo aqui meu agradecimento em ajudar a tornar o dia das mães ainda mais especial para minha família. Voltaremos com certeza!

Today I was really impressed, the Tokyo Paradaisu house taught good service, in fact excellent service, I recommend to all entrepreneurs who have restaurants with constant complaints about the service to get to know and understand how a house should work, I'll try in a few words to describe the points that captivated me the most, I went to visit the house for the second time on Mother's Day, I was already expecting a certain confusion and slowness in the service, when I called the house I was answered in a very polite and excited way by the hoster who informed me that there was no could book a table for me next to the stone wall that the house has even so it served me very well and I informed that I was going there that in 30min I would arrive at Tokyo, when I arrived she welcomed me at the restaurant door, and when I to present with Bruno who called earlier, she immediately remembered our conversation and took me to the last free table on the stone wall (starting there it was already wonderful she I already knew what I wanted), from then on, the service continued to be wonderful because of Lucas (house manager) and Eduardo (waiter) both of them dedicated themselves to the maximum to serve us in the best possible way, I leave here my thanks for helping to make Mother's Day even more special for my family. We will be back for sure!
