Fechei um pedido com o fornecedor no dia 05/02/14 e fiz o pagamento adiantado de 40% do valor do serviço.
Combinamos a entrega e montagem do toldo para o dia 28/02. Desde então o fornecedor (Fabiano) está me enrolando com sucessivos agendamentos da entrega e montagem (de lá pra cá foram mais de 10 agendamentos, sendo que nenhum foi cumprido).
No dia 27/03/14 registramos uma reclamação no Procon e o fornecedor se comprometeu a entregar o toldo no dia 29/03, porém, mais uma vez, não cumpriu o acordo. O dinheiro também não foi devolvido até o momento.

I closed an order with the supplier on 02/05/14 and made the advance payment of 40% of the value of the service.
We have combined the delivery and assembly of the awning for 28/02. Since then the supplier (Fabiano) is wrapping me up with successive delivery and assembly schedules (since then there have been more than 10 schedules, none of which have been fulfilled).
On March 27, 2014 we filed a complaint with Procon and the supplier pledged to deliver the awning on March 29, but once again did not comply with the agreement. The money has not been returned yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente surreal o atendimento dessa empresa! Depois de receber 50% de adiantamento descumprir o prazo de entrega do objeto do contrato em mais de dois meses! Como se não bastasse o serviço não foi realizado a contento e o responsável, sr. Fabiano, marca horário para vir fazer os reparos, não comparece e não se justifica e para completar a irresponsabilidade profissional bloqueia o telefone do cliente!!!! Só mesmo judicionalmente para conseguir reparar os danos!
Simply surreal the care of that company! After receiving 50% of advance payment noncompliance the deadline of the object of the contract in more than two months! As if that were not enough the service was not carried out to the satisfaction and the responsible one, mr. Fabiano, time mark to come make the repairs, does not appear and is not justified and to complete the professional irresponsibility blocks the customer's phone !!!! Only even judicially to get the damage done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como em outras postagens anos atrás a queixa é a mesma: total falta de respeito com o cliente. sucessivos agendamentos para corrigir um problema no toldo cortina cuja peça já havia sido trocada com menos de 1 mês de uso. Além da qualidade do produto o atendimento e descaso com o cliente foi o que mais afetou. É a própria definição de Tratante! Fiz o reparo com outra empresa que em menos de 24 horas compareceu para fazer o reparo. Toldos Qualquer Tempo só se for no tempo deles!
As in other posts years ago, the complaint is the same: total lack of respect for the customer. successive appointments to correct a problem in the curtain awning whose part had already been replaced with less than 1 month of use. In addition to the quality of the product, the customer service and neglect was what most affected. It is the very definition of Treater! I did the repair with another company that in less than 24 hours showed up to do the repair. Awnings Any Time only if it's their time!

A entrega foi feita dentro do prazo combinado e os produtos vieram como se fossem novos!!!! As cores das lonas vibrantes, costura reforçada e madeiras envernizadas. O preço deles é diferenciado das demais empresas que tinha feito orçamento. Com certeza ganharam uma cliente que indica sem medo para os amigos!
I requested the renovation of 3 parasols from my family's place with the company and I am very happy! Mr. Fabiano came to the place and collected the parasols for the renovation. The delivery was made within the agreed deadline and the products came as if they were new!!!! Vibrant canvas colors, reinforced stitching and varnished woods. Their price is different from other companies that had budgeted. They certainly won a client who fearlessly indicates to her friends!
