★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de responsabilidade, desorganização, o prestador de serviço agendou por duas vezes e não compareceu sem dar nenhuma satisfação, o serviço teve que ser refeito e mesmo assim apresenta problemas em toda a estrutura, apresentando deterioração em apenas duas semanas e a empresa se recusa a cancelar o serviço e realizar o estorno mesmo estando dentro dos prazos e regras do código de defesa do consumidor. A empresa deseja refazer novamente o serviço mas eu não quero pois não confio na qualidade do serviço e já tive inúmeros aborrecimentos, quero encerrar o assunto e poder usufruir da minha casa.

The company wants to remake the service again but I don't want to because I don't trust the quality of the service and I've had many annoyances, I want to close the matter and be able to enjoy my home.
