Você compra um produto quebrado, leva para testar, e se não funcionar, você tem que praticamente brigar com eles para trocarem e te atenderem. Não sei nem como eles possuem 5 estrelas de avaliações. Todos os funcionários mal educados, só uma se salva.
Se você técnico que está lendo isso pensa em comprar algo desse lugar, recomendo que leve o aparelho para testar, se não você sai no prejuízo. E não indico comprarem bateria desse lugar, você vai sair no prejuízo e eles vão rir da sua cara com a "garantia de 30 dias" que isso é contra a lei do consumidor. Todo mundo sabe que a garantia mínima é 90 dias para os produtos. Mas vai falar isso para eles...
Toledo, tomem vergonha na cara e melhorem o atendimento, os produtos e o pós-venda de vocês. Comprar de vocês é igual jogar uma moeda para cima: é 50% de chance de dar certo e 50% de dar errado. E se der errado? O problema é do cliente.
Everything is expensive. They do not assist the technicians. You buy a broken product, take it to test, and if it doesn't work, you have to practically fight with them to exchange and serve you. I don't even know how they have 5 star ratings. All the rude employees, only one is saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao recomendo, até descobrirem a farsa deles, vendem frontal para os lojistas pequeno, e quando vai pra trocar a tela na garantia, inventao monte de desculpas dizendo que a garantia nao cobre!! E com muito custo devolverao meu dinheiro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam uma tela quebrada e só fui ver meses depois pq esconderam o quebrado com a película ....estranhei pq a película saiu quase de graça. Só descobri agora que fui trocar a película. Nem vou voltar lá q é pra não passar raiva
They sold me a broken screen and I only went to see it months later because they hid the broken one with the film...I felt strange because the film came out almost for free. I only found out now that I went to change the film. I'm not even going back there so I don't get angry
