★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os motoristas deveriam se colocar no lugar das atendentes, já vi cenas ridículas naquele lugar, falta de respeito total com as meninas, pessoas gritam, jogam o dinheiro e objetos, puxam a mão, usam palavrões, questionam coisas que não cabem a elas.
As pessoas reclamam do valor do pedágio, mas não é culpa das funcionárias e sim do governo do estado/federal.
Depois que essa concessionária assumiu a administração, a estrada melhorou muito com relação à empresa anterior, quem é da região sabe bem disso.
 Drivers should put themselves in the place of the attendants, I've seen ridiculous scenes in that place, lack of total respect for the girls, people shout, throw money and objects, pull their hands, use profanity, question things that are not theirs.
People complain about the toll, but it is not the fault of the employees, but the state / federal government.
After this concessionaire took over the administration, the road improved a lot compared to the previous company, whoever is from the region knows this well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro que algo que passe por cima do direito de ir e vir já não é boa coisa mas pior ainda é um modelo de negócio defasado que dificulta coisas básicas como pagamento… somente dinheiro!!!! Nada de pix ou débito. Seria supostamente uma manobra para não ter o dinheiro rastreado?
First of all, something that goes over the right to come and go is no longer a good thing but worse still is an outdated business model that makes basic things like payment difficult… only cash!!!! No pix or debit. Was it supposed to be a ploy to not have the money traced?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil entender um serviço que, em 2022, não aceita nenhuma outra forma de pagamento que não seja dinheiro (ou cheque). A tarifa que pagamos está indo pra onde se as pistas ainda estão esburacadas, em certos pontos, e vcs não modernizam os serviços ofertados?!
