★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, sempre fui atendida pela Isabel e sempre deixou a desejar, mal educada, não aceita ser questionada, quer impor condições e não aceita não como resposta. Agora que devolvi o imóvel fui tratada super mal, ela desligou o telefone na minha cara e ainda disse que eu não tenho condições de pagar uma taxa de limpeza que ela nunca havia comentado. Me bloqueou no What Sapp, mesmo ainda tendo pendências, estou aguardando ela devolver o depósito e não tenho como falar diretamente com ela, somente ligando na imobiliária.
Ou seja, uma falta de respeito total.

Now that I returned the property I was treated super badly, she hung up the phone in my face and even said that I can't afford a cleaning fee she had never commented on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estou com problemas de infiltração a quase 1 ano na casa que aluguei com eles e nunca tive uma respaldo da Imobiliaria, mando e-mail, ligo, mando o Wats zap e nem se quer tiveram a capacidade de pelo menos me ouvir para uma solução amigável.
Não recomendo jamais a ninguém.
Terrible service, I've been having infiltration problems for almost 1 year in the house I rented with them and I've never had a backing from Real Estate, I send an email, I call, I send Wats zap and they didn't even have the ability to at least listen to me to a friendly solution.
I never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um contrato de locação de um imóvel com eles e toda vez que preciso resolver algo fazem pouco caso, primeira e ultima vez que faço negocio com essa imobiliária. Manda e-mail e ficam 15 dias para responder, manda por WhatsApp pedem para mandar no e-mail e assim vai.. na hora de alugar te pegam no colo, depois é só ladeira abaixo... Péssimo!
I have a lease for a property with them and every time I need to solve something they don't care, first and last time I do business with this realtor. Send an email and they wait 15 days to respond, send it by WhatsApp, they ask you to send it in the email and so on.
