★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um sofá e uma mesa no inicio de Junho. Até a venda fomos muito bem atendidos. Porem a entrega do produto deixou e ainda deixa muito a desejar. Recebi meu sofá apenas em Setembro e o produto ainda veio faltando uma almofada de encosto como podem ver na foto. Estamos no meio do mês de Outubro e ainda não me entregaram a almofada faltante e também não me deram nenhuma solução para o problema.
I made a purchase for a sofa and a table in early June. Until the sale we were very well attended. However the delivery of the product left and still leaves much to be desired. I received my sofa only in September and the product was still missing a back cushion as you can see in the photo. It is the middle of October and they still haven't given me the missing pillow and they haven't given me any solution to the problem either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Compramos um sofá novo e foi entregue mostruário. Sofá deu defeito na primeira semana, a fábrica segundo a loja fechou e só devolve o dinheiro após a retirada do sofá. Só gostaria de entender para entregar o sofá agente tem que pagar primeiro agora para devolver eles não podem devolver o dinheiro primeiro?
Não recomendo a loja muito menos o vendedor com 30 anos de experiência em vendas, ao menos é o que ele fala!!
Bad experience. We bought a new sofa and a sample was delivered. Sofa malfunctioned in the first week, the factory according to the store closed and only returns the money after removing the sofa. I would just like to understand to deliver the sofa Agent has to pay first now to return they can't return the money first?
I don't recommend the store much less the seller with 30 years of sales experience, at least that's what he says!!
